Zardari’s ‘Personal Reasons’ in Dubai
By Brig. (r) Junaid Zaman • Apr 28th, 2008 • Category: Politics • 5 CommentsAt this critical juncture in the history of Pakistan when the whole nations stands by over the impasse of judiciary issue, Zardari is off to Dubai for ‘personal reasons.’ Regardless of the ethical, legal and other aspects of the judiciary matters, is that the way to lead the majority party in the country, and is that the way to go amicably along in the coalition?
Zardari is adept at raising prices and at exploiting. After getting his tentactles firm on Benazir’s party, he wants to monopolize the national political horizon. He considers the pressure from lawyers and the PML-N as dictation and in the shadows of “enlightening” advises of Farooq H. Naik he is in Dubai showing his back to the rest of the nation on this crucial issue.
PML-N President Shahbaz Sharif, Khawaja Asif, Chaudhry Nisar and Khawaja Haris are off to Dubai to have a last effort to break ice, but the way Zardari is acting, it seems that the rifts in the PDA are too much and it would be the shortest living coalition in the Pakistan’s history to the dismay and despair of the nation.
Coalitions are composed of give and take. PPP has taken many things from PML-N after and before 18th February and now when the time has come for the payback, they are tentative. Zardari has also got to make payments to Musharraf also for NRO and other things and perhaps he is paying there right now.

Very good and very partial judgement. Keep up the “good hatchet job” you have assigned to your self. Keep on trying to chracter assissination of a ntional leader in favour of a provincial party and his gangs.
Mr Aftab is a man who is spreading Racism in the society. You are the real leech of this society and till people like exists in the society, we can’t proceed with national interests. You are ok, if somebody praises MUSHi and MQM and the one who is betraying majority of Pakistanis. It tell your mentality.
Please please please don’t try to bring racism in your comments. Be a gentle man and limit your comments up to party level. Not reach to any specific province. You won’t accept but have you ever heard a word of racism from the man on whom you are throwing all rubbish. Has he ever used any abusive word against Musharraf…like 3rd class man etc etc ( as Musharraf uses for this political rivals and judicary persons) and Iltaf Hussain by calling on every word Sind Sind Sind.
Dear try to analyze first and then comment. or if you are so crazy to spread racism then evaluate your MQM and Musharraf statements first and come toward others.
Please elaborate the theme in simple and explainable manner.
Why do you think that Pakistan is at critical juncture in the history?
Why do you think that coalition are based on give and take policies
I suppose, I have not heard of PPP asking with PML (N) before or after election for something, where as at this issue of judiciary they are tentative
Why do you think zardari owe something to revert and pay off to mush or any body else.
Please grant me permission to specify and float my point of view.
Issues concerning integrity, sovereignty, terrorism, and life threatening implications are always the critical and crucial issues that require attention in the eyes of executives and concerned law makers and security provider of the countries .As such your critical juncture with respect to the nation is null and void, as it’s a matter of single, so called important pillar of administrative authority or institution. To rectify you and update in the same theme and contest, there is already a supreme court, a high court, existing supreme judicial council, with almost all element of functionaries at function and the existing constitution and law .in addition, it’s a simple constitutional and civil litigation that is never a acute episode of annoyance and disturbance in the eyes of the experts and professional of law and legislature.
Sacrificing and putting apart ethical ,legal and other matters ,such as constitutional obligations ,administrative problems, compensations ,number of judges ,post retirement reemployment in similar capacity are the real menaces that any body with little knowledge of law and constitution and service obligations and rules would definitely not support the issue ,as seriousness demands active ,prompt ,acceptable ,feasible, and obligatory decision, that may create minimum botheration and reshuffling of law and positions.
Coalition is never based on give and take policies .it is an unprecedented favor that is based on give and take policy like (ghair Mashroot Himayat). Coalition is an umbrella group formed with acceptance of certain compromising points that reach the stage of agreement with a motive to carry out jointly. In the run of politics no favor whatsoever are without a fruitful incentive and reward. And if such favors are mutually own and carried out, it is known as mutual order of understanding or MOU and is always sign as agreement. As such this blame that PML (N) has been dodged is a fake reservation as both were aware of the end result and the depth of the issue of judiciary. Claiming sincerity on the issue is nothing more than the stigmata.
Please rectify on this issue as well ,zardari has nothing to pay any body neither mush is a champ to introduce NRO .such policies with appointments and awards under such heads are all governed and who desires ,such ,has to follow rules of appointment of the boss. regards
President Musharraf is the president of Pakistan untill either he decideds to resign or is impeached by the 2/3 majority of the joint session of both Houses. Till then he has all the honors, priviliges and responsibilities with full and total constitutional support and backing, now whether a small little party like PML-N likes or not(PML-N is headed by once upon a time prime minister who tried to become the ameer ul momineen, and who also was responsible for disgracing the Supreme Court of Pakistan in November 1997 when the Chief Justice of Pakistan Mr Justice Syed Sajjad Ali Shah was chased from the chair while presiding the proceedings of the Supreme Court of Pakistan - if anyone interested more details are available and can be provided about all the “heroes” of this provencial party - everything is on record with pictures of those directing the gangster in the halls of the Highest Court of the country).
