These are not many questions just summary of one question that
why zardari and co didnt reduce govt and defense expenditures specially benefits of ministers, top bureaucrats, and top generals.

I request to all king’s men to send this detail to zardari and lets see his courage could activate or not against it as he showed in case of dissolving of carbon tax.

Pakistan is very close to bankruptcy. There are some time hard pills to swallow or close down the elected government and go out as begger nation and ask for donations. Drill your own oil wells or people will go back to Stone Age? when there will be no electricity and water readily available to masses.No one wants to increase the taxes or Levis but to survive some one has to make hard decision but THIS CHIEF CORRUPT Judge needs to stop interfering in the operation of the country economic decision. What does he know about country survival? Fuel/Gas goes up and down on day to day basis which Govt has no control on it. This Corrupt Chief Chaudhry might have an education up to intermediate and LLB? Has he ever run a business? He has been on Govt Payroll all his life so what does he know even to run a small company? Shame on his decisions. He will bring the country back in turmoil.

Of course, President Asif Ali Zardari got elected, as the constitution requires, by 2/3 majority of the joint session of our Parliaments (both Houses). Anyone suggesting otherwise either has a memory lapse, a selective retention, or making an attempt at deception. Moreover, if the issue here is ‘who has taken on whom’ then it is the Supreme Court that has usurped a role for itself that constitution has NOT assigned it. As far as the promulgation of “Petroleum Development Levy (Amendment) Ordinance 2009″ is concerned - well again the Constitution of Pakstan empowers the president with imposition of such ordinances if and when the situation demands.

and read here my comment 19 and see my apprehensions too before your copy paste habits.
Lets discuss it under theory of taxation and its laws as per our constitution.
Our govt imposed carbon tax ,an increase upto 16% of original price.
SC took suo motto actions under the law of 1973 constitution made by bhutto regime and comes under the umbrella of citizen welfare benefits.
Govt have to immediately withdraw this tax on the basis of technicality and never thought of repeal or in mood of taking stay order.
Do you know what is carbon tax theory and what is its importance in every society?
Now govt instead of challenging this law introduced another law from President house without consulting assemblies and name it petroleum levy tax
Do you know the theory behind this tax? where its money should be used in state affairs?
It was first time I think in history of Pakistan that a public tax is imposed on public sector through president order.
If govt is right in his previous tax then they should have taken stance on it and faced them under rule of law but they retrieved back quietly as all was done under panic just to give IMF first installment.
Why zardari didnt deleted the haj quotas of assemblies member that was about 2 bn rupees for year.
Why zardari didnt say on heavy expenditures of PM and president monthly expenditures that rises up to 1 bn rupees per month.
Why zardari is not interested in rationing the patrol quota of ministers that is still unlimited for 86 ministers, 22 grade officers of PM and president sectarians.
Why zardari ignored the sumptuous expenditures of his ministers in NY that are on record on tv cameras.
Why zardari is ignoring the over hiring of his political teams in all govt department specially in sindh and center areas.
So CJP has paid back to his people by living under rule of law and surely we are proud of him

We can NOT allow Chief Chaudry Justice Iftikar to hijack parliament in the name of his ‘rule of law’, ‘freedom of judiciary’, etc etc. Enough is enough!

The people of Pakistan elected the PPP to power, not Chief Chaudry Justice Iftikar.

the important point to be noted is that why PML n jhagara like people raised and halted this issue in NA.same we have to ask to party who always claimed to be voice of oppressor or common that why commotion like that was not raised against high taxes on public in NA under their real domain.
Both parties are playing double games with people and PPP govt to by putting their actual responsibilities on shoulders of Ch Iftikhar.
We are really heading towards serious turmoil as govt wants to generate revenue from common people at all costs, in response people are seeing only and only CJP and mqm and PML are ready to ignite the issues between two state powers.
See with the change of ordinances how people’s representatives are changing their verdicts on govt stance.
a very alarming situation is coming ahead as people are not in mood of bearing this heavy taxes and long period load shedding any more as all are seeing the sumptuous way of governance of our rulers on daily basis .
