Yahoo Buzz Tips and Tricks

Yahoo! enters the social bookmarking arena with a bang. After a gigantic success of sites like Digg, Reddit and host of others, Yahoo’s entry in this market is thudding. According to Yahoo!, anyone can submit any story from anywhere and the ranking of the stories is done on following basis:

  • A story is ranked based on its Buzz Score. The score is derived from search term popularity, the number of times a story is emailed from Buzz, and the number of votes a story receives.
  • Stories with the highest Buzz Scores may be published on the Yahoo! home page - you can impact what millions will see on Yahoo!

Yahoo will soon open up it’s buzzes for the publisher. So stay tuned and check Yahoo! buzz repeatedly. I will be covering Yahoo! Buzz tips and tricks and secrets in these pages starting from very very soon.
