I was talking to one of my cousin who voted for PTI in the May elections and still is an ardent supporter of Imran Khan though has grown disillusioned with the PTI polices, and he was all praises for the newly launched youth loan scheme by the PMLN government and he told me that it was pure on merit. I am impressed, so was he and so are many others, and that’s a good new fresh thing in the country.

I studied the whole program and its impressive. It has been designed on the modern micro financing principles and is all set to pay dividends for the borrowers but also for the participating lending institutions. To get the Prime Minister youth loans for your own small business, you need to come up with a business plan. So what is business plan?

According to wikipedia, a business plan is a formal statement of a set of business goals, the reasons they are believed attainable, and the plan for reaching those goals. It may also contain background information about the organization or team attempting to reach those goals.

There are more than 50 free business plans for Pakistan available to download from the smeda website. You should check them out and then see if your business ideas match to them. Please spend detailed time on plans and be realistic as the whole success will revolve around you. I know that youth is very happy and they are excited, but also be responsible too.

Make sure you know what your ultimate goals are. Set the short and long term mile stones and also devise a payback plan. My cousin told me that many of his friend say that their families didnt trust them, but it was great of PMLN government to trust them with the loans and they all intend to return it back as soon as possible.

That is great. Lets support the good step.
