Would Ummah Unite Due to Energy Crisis

Only a passionate and concerted effort in unison could enable the Muslim world to tackle with the gigantic and redoubtable challenges of this grave time.
The leaders of Muslim world has to show some sagacity and maturity and they need to show a collective will to take the Muslim world forward and realize the true potential of the collective powers of the people of Muslim world by sharing, cooperating and coordinating with each other.
Muslims world is the pioneer of various sciences and branches of knowledge but that is the thing of past and right now we are lagging behind in every walk of life and have slid down considerably in the scheme of the things as compared with the West. We are haggling over petty issues and making non issues a mountain and not doing much to do what is needed.
The Muslim countries has 70 per cent of energy resources and 40 per cent natural resources yet we dont have any upper hand in the world and we are unable to even fullfil our own requirements.
A unified leadership is required by the Muslim Ummah right now.

This word ” MUSLIM UMMA” is normally used in India whenever some Mosque is attacked by terrorists. The cleric will come immediately to say that this was carried out by HiNDU terrorists as MUSLIM UMMA will NEVER target another Muslim.
When Karbala is attcked by sunnies, these fellows will not talk about Muslim Umma or when Saddam attacked the shias of south or gassed the kurds.. They will keep quiet when Kurds are attacked by turkey, or Lal Masjid is attacked in Islamaabad or the MQM terrorism in Karachi. They will come out only when Thailand attacks terrorists in southern thailand, or Russians attack chechen terrorists or Philipines attack the Mories.
They never opened their mouth when in 1971 dacca university students were attacked or the great RED MAULANA Bhashani preferred to take refuge in IDOL WORSHIPPING iNDIA but not in the Rohingya areas of Myanmar.
Today ask the Bangladeshies who helped them after the SIDR cyclone? Who gave them helicopters and food and tents?
Ask the socalled Azad Kashmiries who gave them aid,tents,food after the earthquake?
The cost of barrel of crude was just 27 dollars about a year back and toaday it is hovering around 115 dollars. 70% of oil is exported by Middleast,Russia,Venezula. What is happenning to this profit?The otherday i read a saudi prince purchased a Airbus 380 for 1.2 billion US dollars and sent to germany for refitting its interiors for another 737 million dollars.It is HIS MONEY earned by his oil wealth.
But today China has pledged to Musharaff 500 million dollars. USA is paying your army’s salary by pumping 10.5 billion dollars.What is the contribution of Muslim UMMa to your nation?

I think, the write also tried to raise same issue that why Muslims are not unite at one point. Secondly Its not only China or America or non Muslim country who always helps. I think you forgot to mention that Saudi Arabia gave ample quantity of Fossil Oil to Pakistan for more than 6 years after Pakistan’s 1st Atomic Bomb Test. Kuwait is also financing couple of Universities and Department’s expenditures in Pakistan also. There is no doubt that we can’t compare Japan, USA aids with Muslim Countries. But don’t compare Muslims with Islam. Muslims are not practicing Islam in true means.
As far Fuel prices are concerned, it is not in the hands of Middle east. It is in the hands of Europe and USA. Maximum benefit is going to USA from rising prices because they have maximum hold on resources directly or indirectly. If USA is so sincere than why he not extracts Oil from his saved biggest reservoir of Oil resources. Even couple of years back, whole world requested them to please open it but they simply refused. They are waiting that once Oil will get short in Middle east then we will extract it for personal use. Things are not as it seems. Recent increase in Oil Prices is due to decreasing buying power of Dollar, not due to shortage of Oil in Market.
Mr Johann, world economy is not in the hands of Muslims right now. They are just puppets. Why western countries remains so concerned about these Oil generating countries… reason is to keep hold on Oil resources indirectly. They don’t have hold on Iran and you can see its economic situation regardless of ample quantity of fuel and gas resources.

If you are happy with what MUSLIM UMMA si providing to your nation , then it is ok.It is only in reaction to what the post by Gul said. I completely agree with you about America controlling the world economy but the blog says 70% of oil wealth and 40% of natural wealth is in HANDS OF MUSLIM UMMA. If America is controlling it then who is at fault?
Today Saudi arabia told Indian foreign minister not to stop exporting rice to Saudi arabia and UAE though indian farmers are committing suicide. I am sure REAP isA playing to Saudi arabian demands.India agreed to the demand as we cannot antagonise saudies!!!ditto pakistan..
