These are the individuals who are actually suppose to offer some damn transparency in the country so that we can actually know the millions of dollars poured in Pakistan are being utlised in the right places. Let me cite an example. In the Karachi violence Pakistan received 1 billion rupees for the victims and yet no progress has been made for the claims!! well said.
