		<description>I should clarify one matter: In speaking of conspiracy theories, I was thinking mainly of theories regarding attacks, like 9/11 and assassinations of leaders, obviously high-risk operations if they were to be initiated by underhanded leaders. Election rigging is another matter, and simple empirical fact is that it is all too common in this world, and can only be overcome through high diligence and voting so vigorously for what is right that rigging must be done on a massive scale (which is harder) to overcome a substantial majority.</description>
