Who Will Pay Musharraf’s Electricity Bill ?
By Salman Mugsi • Jul 6th, 2009 • Category: Politics • 8 CommentsThere still exist some species in the country, though you are likely to find them in rare locations running for the cover, who love Musharraf and still profess their aashaqi with the dictator. When the tinpot dictator overpowered Pakistan and started disseminating his blessings, the first catchy slogan Mush raised, was the elimination of so-called corruption.
Then Mushy ruled for 8 eight years and gave us innumerable lectures on fair play, transparency, fulfilling the duty, servicing the nation, patriotism, and honesty. Now as Musho bask in the post-retirement era in posh London, we have been confirmed by the WAPDA, that Mush left country without paying his electricity bills of his Chak Shahzad farm, which amounts to Rs. 500,000.
So much for the honesty and the fair play.
Will any aashiq of Mushurraf come forward and pay the bill? Where is Rashid Qureshi by the way these days?

please come and live in todays world Mr. Magsi…..why dont you try and find out who pays the bills for Presidency, PM house and the loads of ministers and advisers ???
well, it was just a glitch in IESCO’s billing system which caused them to apply lower tariff rates to Prseident Musharraf’s farmhouse connection.
Don’t know why people wanting cheap publicity are trying to make mountain of a mole hill.
Totally agreed with Ibrahim and Hassan.
Where Prime ministers wear wrist watches worth US$ 50000, roughly rupees four million, and junior and senior ministers are involved in corruption of millions of rupees, don’t talk about a case of mismanagement at IESCO and attribute it to the most able and honest President of Pakistan.
Hound noses of Ansar Abbassi and Rauf Clasra are paid to poke into any petty issues that can be used to defame the last government especially Pervaiz Musharraf and Shaukat Aziz.

lets ask musharrf’s supporters to pay his bills……….
Funny- very funny
It is said that President Pervez Musharraf committed a biggest blunder to say yes to United States and took a U-Turn—- to kill his own people –called Taliban.
The man is gone and is now a thing of the past—— but to what avail is our miss democracy and its bestowed freedom— of our life style that after 9 years we are so happy to commemorate the day that when the entire Pakistan felt that it is united like solid molten wall of lead and has at last said YES to;——- you know what???
Kill the same Taliban which Musharraf declared some 9 years ago.

For 9 years ago—- please amend to read some 8 years ago. (11 september 2001)

no its not his hidden supporters who would have any heart and courage to pay his bills. Its we the people of Pakistan , the tax payers, the loans of IMF and from our friends whom will forcibly pay the bills of this black sheep.
@3
see the colors of democracy the day PM watch had become issue on media he sent his watch as gift to a tv actor as gift but dictator and their cronies have no courage to accept their national crimes in front of their people whom they ruled for 10 years and took no time to leave them as they thought they cant face the accountability threats from free media and free judiciary.
It is going to go from your tax money that you guys pay every day to the government.
