Who really ridiculed the judiciary, C.J Iftakhar Muhmmad Chuhadary or Malik Riaz

The judicial system of Pakistan is also flawed by corruption like other major institutions of the country.
The ruling elite and ISI’s unnecessary participation to encourage the corrupt judges and allows them to abuse their positions. In this relation of give and take, the judges oblige the government when it needs them is worsening the situation.
The role media is very crucial to enhance the chances of fair judgments is the presence of an alert press but mostly the media plays indifferently giving wrong depictions to any high profile by assuming about the results before time without showing the real picture of any political scene.
In Bahiriya town when a race festivity was illegally conducted I 2010 without any approval by the son of Elite business figure Malik Riaz and Son of C.J Iftakhar Muhmmad Chuhadary, a fatal tragedy takes the lives of five spectators who are crushed under a car, which hit the audience. At that time media was not vigilant to point out the mistakes of organizers and to give Justice to those innocent spectators. But instead of highlighting those deaths this news was not covered by ay private news channel as they are supposed to this. The scandal of Rs.50 million was the money given by Malik Riaz to C.J’s son to keep quiet on this happening.
Now, Malik Riaz talk with most prominent anchors of media about that money scandal and blamed that the son CJ is working like a dawn in the country, no doubt if you analyze the past happening things will be clear that it’s a complete failure of effective provision of justice in the country with this careless scandal mongering and blackmailing that is revealed by Malik Riaz.
The demand of the hour is that CJ should resign after this scandal of his son, if he wants to save the impartial image of judiciary in the country. But sorry to say, CJ is still on the same track and issuing court of contempt on Malik Riaz, there should be some criteria to put off the mask of so called Judiciary role that is also playing under the menace of corruption from years in the country and is involved in making the image of this country more bad in front of whole world by disgracing a democratic elected Prime Minister by giving him a 30 sec punishment, this is Pakistan where no one is fair to his duties except blaming others.
Yesterday, when the most respectable Supreme Court issued a contempt of court notice to Malik Riaz, saying that he “ridiculed the judiciary” in his press conference, raised this question that who is actually ridiculed the judiciary its CJ himself on grounds of his son?

Sure he is tried to be ridiculed second time surly backup is provided from out hi fi agencies who are only master of trapping its own people.But is ti become successful again at the time of so called democratic government..
This time agencies achieved two targets they maligned our corrupt malignant president and his thieves and put business of malik riaz on stake who is now all in all in DHA matters due to gen Imtiaz and kiaynis brother.
Its difficult to understand those things on which both media and powerful establishment of this country is hiding from you. Read between the lines. Media is dodging us and the establishments
along with this so called corrupt judiciary ….

After a few acrobatics the PCO SC judges finally did right after they have tried everything else. This is an open case of corruption by a govt official who was well connected. His lavish lifestyle tells it all. The PCO CJ has stepped on many people and turned into an elected dictator from a govt servant, and this is a rude awakening for him. There may be much more in store for him and the nation. Let the truth and whole truth come out. In Pakistan people are forced to pay bribes for every task whether it is legal or illegal. The amount of money varies depending upon the “value” of the prey. This should be stopped, hopefully it is just the beginning.
For six long months, Chief Justice Iftikhar Chaudhry of Pakistan knew that his son was on the take from a notorious property baron Malik Riaz Husain, and yet he did nothing to stop his son’s illegal activities. Mr. Chaudhry was too busy waging a much-needed jihad against corruption by other powerful individuals through his suo moto actions.
Predictably, Mr. Chaudhry’s fellow judges are trying to silence the accuser by initiating contempt proceedings against him, a favorite tool of the current serving judges of the highest court in Pakistan to chill dissent. Other Chaudhry supporters are in denial. They are crying “conspiracy” to try and absolve him of a very serious lapse.
