Where is Humaish?

Hamaist Reshmiya would be having joyous life, we are concerned about the ex-President of Bank of Punjab Mr Hamaish Khan who was taken into custody by NAB after change in Punjab Government.

Mr Hamaish Khan was charged of the offense of mis-using the bank funds and giving huge loans to then provincial government headed by Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi. He was picked up by NAB and then taken to Lahore for prosecution and his name was enlisted in Exit Control List (ECL)

Mr Hamaish Khan was appointed as President of Bank of Punjab with an Ordinance by Ex-President Pervaiz Musharraf by-passing rules to appoint President of provincial government owned bank. Mr Hamaish was below the age at the time he was given the job of President.

Mr Hamaish Khan reported to have fled to any desired international destination. He flown away from Peshawar Airport, what may be the case against him?

Is his crime is of less weight compared to the crime of Khannani & Kalia?

    Anything is possible in a country where a person can get acquitted through NRO and then become adviser, head of the state, minister etc.

    Bank of punjab is actually controlled by seth abid and his family members.Seth abid has high level connection with land and army mafia, so its not difficult for him to flee him in daylight action from state.Money can make all thing possible in our corrupt system.Hamish is declared absconder in this time, change of govt will bring him back as hero, till that time he would enjoy his plundering money in EU or US bases.

    hamaish gave loans amounting to 15 billion ( US$ 250 million when the loans were distributed) which will never be paid back. he also took some portion of a these loans as commossion. In addition he got bonus from Gov pf Punjab amount to about Rs 85 million. He is now in US waiting probabaly for the change of Govt so taht he can be welcomed as a hero. Shame on SBP and NAB.

    Bank of Pun is owned by Gov of Punjab and not by Sheth Abid.
