When Circus Will Leave the Town?
By Irfan Waheed • Oct 17th, 2009 • Category: Politics • 4 CommentsThis world’s a a studio which presents old dramas with new sets every day. In Pakistan, such characters are in no dearth. All over the world, the might is right. In Pakistan, there is no exception. In Pakistan, who spilled the blood and who abrogated the constitution have been honored and given guard of honor.
Barack Obama, who is himself stunned and speechless over the Nobel peace prize is the prime example. The man is about to be approve more US assassins to the Afghanistan, and they are showering peace prizes upon him. Pakistan is also bestowing blessings upon its assassin. Assassin of Akbar Bugti received that right in front of Supreme Court. Assassins of Pakistanis in the name of Islam are promising another round of terrrorism, while we are confused about it.
Why don’t they just go out and eliminate the terrorists from Waziristan. One analyst in paper put it right that the time for a decisive push into the heartland of the TTP has come. The organization has already demonstrated it is far from being a spent force. It has in fact struck back with a vengeance.
Pakistanis are fedup of this carnage. They want to live. They want to get past the operations, suicide attacks and the American interference. They want to see the end of terrorism, America back in their land, and peace returning to their streets and houses.

When we will stop selecting clowns and jugglers for making our future decisions and search for serious guys who know our real problems other than their personal gains this circus will be kick out from the scene with all its acrobatic performance.
So the day people will develop awareness of recognizing the people from core of heart the things will improve.
Zardari also granted one of Pakistans greatest awards to the little 4th grade American Halbrooke.
zardari is known for his foot licking to even sweeper of White house so halbrook at least comes in officer status. What more fraudulent one can expect from him that his nation is showing extreme resentment to US and he is awarding them with highest awards to US diplomats officers who all time pay visit to him.
Nazia: Very good comments. Citizens everywhere want peace. There may be only two ways to “stop selecting clowns and jugglers for making our future decisions.” The first, of course, is to rig the elections, which could be difficult when the clowns and jugglers are in power. The other is to increase the ability of all voters to accurately analyze the election issues. (Mankind’s greatest champions of democracy may be the school teachers, the university professors and their students who volunteer to educate voters in election campaigns.) Even this may have an occasional failure due to voter emotions and loyalties, but better educated voters will usually choose better leaders — and produce better leaders. It will remain a challenge to do so, both in Pakistan and here in America.
