What to do After Recognizing Suicide Bomber?

You must not loose your composure, and you must not scream or try to physically stop the bomber yourself.
You should non-chalantly walk away from the suicide bomber and must not run. You should not started screaming at the spot. Get away on the side, call 15, Rescue 1122, point towards bomber from his back to the people, draw their attention as calmly as possible.
As was discussed in previous post, Suicide bomber is dropped around the target before 10 to 15 minutes from that much walking distance. Suicide bomber then walks straight to the target more likely alone, while the handler waits at that distance. So if you find a zombie walking in trance, and you suspect strongly that he is a suicide bomber, and from his direction you get an idea of his potential target, you must also inform that to the 15 and any other security forces number you know. It’s handy for all of us to remember such emergency numbers or better save them in our cell phones.
If you happen to guess the building or target of suicide bomber from his direction and luckily you also know the number of that building, do inform them and ask them to take precautionary measures. Better be in hassle, then in hospital or morgue. You should also keep distance from suicide bomber and chase him from good distance and in the way let the people know about your suspicion and try to be have a group effort.
And yes, if you have a mobile phone with camera, do take a picture or make a movie of him.

Good education.SPREAD AROUND
Author is forgetting that mostly bombing took place on army and police pickets or they selected the market of lower class in rush hours to create maximum loss.
So I want to say even trained people couldnt recognize these terrorists as they just look like us. so nothing can save the life of poor victims if some one has decided to target them.
GHQ attack is clear example of its failure as one batch of terrorists diverted the attention of gate guards and other camouflage in commando uniform crossed the gate with all explosives and fire arms and confused whole batch of army who were deputed near to gate.
Even officers couldnt recognize the terrorists as they just look like normal Pakistanis.
So Brigadier is trying to pass SOPs to its people without knowing the ground reality of incidents .
