What Post Dogar Will Get Now From Zardari

Abdul Hameed Dogar belongs to that old school of people in Pakistan who are refusing to accept the change. They are filling in the footsteps of their predecessors while trying to maintain the status quo. Lawyers Movement and the mass mobilization of people by the opposition political parties have thrown cold icy water on the static aspirations of these people, but they are fighting back.
Asif Ali Zardari never wanted to part with the Dogar and he never wanted to bring Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhary. He couldn’t stop Iftikhar Chaudhary from restoration, but he is now trying to keep Hameed Dogar close. First he thought about appointing the Dogar as chief election commissioner, but then thought otherwise upon party pressure. But Zardari is not ready to let Dogar go.
There are three options for Zardari to keep Dogar Handy.
- Governor Punjab
- President of Pakistan (With Zardari going for Prime Minister ship)
- Chairman of Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC)
If Rehman Malik can become senator and if Farooq H. Naek can become Chairman Senate and if Zardari himself can become President of Pakistan, then why not Hameed Dogar could become any of the above?

Don’t worry Dogar has become a controversial personality. Zardari is already bearing the brunt of deploying Salman Taseer in Punjab. Dogar would probably become ambassador to some country.
If i am not mistaken, then zardari - being the president - is some sort of government employee or holding a government post and he is inelegible to be ELECTED to a government office for two years starting from the day he leaves the office of the president
Can anyone confirm this ?

Allah has sent sharif ud din pirzada with a very long life span and he still has no plan of quitting his advisory seat for dictators.Seeing Allah’s blessing on him our dictators have also awarded him life time advisory service for saving their souls in cocktail legal matters .Otherwise this is best place for Dogar.Lets wait and see there might be chance that mr pirzada voluntarly give up his job and then our dogar will be accommodated directly in zardari house as his legal adviser on national and personal matters.There may be a chance that dogar has started his training course under the foxy skills of pirzada and co .
Allah has blessed SYED Sharif Uddin Pirzada not only with a very long life but with an exceptionally brilliant brain which has acquired not only extraordinary experties in complex and intricate legal and constitutional issues but also knowledge of how the minds of people in power function. He is a lawyer and free to take up and fight a case for his clients irrespective of them being a uniformed / out of uniform dictator or a civilian dictator, like a good lawyer his services are in demand and as a practicing lawyer it is his right and prerogative to take up a case.
Of course, good mental faculty is Allah’s blessing like long life is; He blesses good people with long lives and unfaithful liars and mean people short one. He is the master of His decisions!
Today is 25TH MARCH………..a very “famous” event started today………..ring any bells????

Here’s one more, all time man behind; Sharif uddin pirzada, who always escapes attention.
I am astonished he always gain attention in the eyes and mind of dictators may it be a military or civilian.
There is no! Single episode as history; which may show his absence behind the scene; whenever this rape of constitution became the fate of this nation.
He is again residing within the dome of palace, as dungeon.
I demand justice for my generation.
I demand remedy as value for my offspring.
As long as he is there in has safe place he will continue to trade constitution with fate of public.
There will be no expectant as future and guarantee as glittering destiny for people if at all he is not dig out and drag from his hide out.
This is a real and right time he should be treated as culprit behind this all turmoil of dismantling judiciary and rule of law and of course rape of this constitution.
People must realize! This is time all such figures should be prosecuted for their treacherous strategy against people and their desire.
This silent rapist is still within confiscated security of executives like always and is a continuous threatening factor that may reappear as havoc again whenever he would find a single peep feasible for his activity.
I must responsibly point this man with no norms and vocabulary as national spirit and citizenship that he is on the run to move and exploit this release of judiciary by swiftly floating his nonsense sense of satanic activity again through few illegitimates as discards like maulvi Iqbal haider.
Again this man Sharif uddin Pirzada; with congenital desire to put Pakistan in trouble is under his full influence of illegitimate lust as conspiracy hence putting unanimous declaration in to controversy.
It is said that diseases that cause recurrence should be evaluated and treated by digging its root cause.
Since; if root cause could not be controlled recurrence of disease is always the fate.
Here again root cause of this disease of raping and subverting constitution is this black sheep in black coat; Sharif uddin pirzada.
Astonishingly his name is itself a nuisance and “No body”; I repeat “No body” may it be a business tycoon, or media holder or politician along with champ anchors can dare to say a word against this man.
Nation be attentive he has started his favorite game of tease; hiding behind walled palaces.

You can spit as much poison as you are capable of but still the fact remains that SYED Sharif uddin Przada is one of the, if not the best, legal minds our this land of mediocres ever saw or produced. For someone with Grade - III level ability it just is not and will ever be possible to grasp this fact. Go back and ask those “3 generals” who you so proudly referred to do with you something other than what they usually consider you fit for. Example of your congenital defect is that you seem to consider to relate ‘congenital’ & ‘desire’! (please buy a dictionary or ask a student of lets say high school to help you when trying to write here - just a friendly piece of advice) (and by the way let that student explain to you the difference between ‘affect’ and ‘effect’ - you have misused this also, again!).

One more thing I want to add about sharif udin pirzada .In his family circles he was called as his first wife’s killer for marrying her younger sister in law.He did it successfully without any proof through his foxy skills At this moment I think he is enjoying his old life with 3rd wife.
Nazia, I have no clue which ‘alim’ and what ‘ilm’ are you talking about. As far as I am concerned, I consider myself responsible for anything that I write which is a normal standard and common decency. It is fine with me if you or anyone ’steals’ a paragraph from here and another one from wherever without bothering to give any credit or reference to its original author.
Now, lets get this fact straight. I am neither against you or your ideas or writings. On the contrary, I admire your involvement and sincere efforts in criticising the ‘cancer’ that is eating us away as a nation. How can I be for any corrupt individual in public life when I am allergic to this most harmful human trait when someone enriches himself by incorrect means by exploiting others, especially, if entrusted with public office.
The reason I mentioned and took up the issue of Mr Pizada is that like any lawyer he takes up a case and does his professional best to win for his client. If you are aware of the history of all those lawyers who would wish that Pirzada somehow did not exist. They all or most of them have represented one or other corrupt individual or groups in the court of law and proved them innocent. You don’t hang a lawyer for taking up a case. Like you don’t hang a doctor for providing medical help to a criminal. Do you? Regarding what MR. Pirzada did or did not do to his first, second or third wife is beyond my knowledge and interest, however this does not take away his professional competence from him. I would rather have him to represent me (if ever needed!), with his great legal expertise, than someone who perhaps spent all his life in celibacy and worships but devoid of any legal competence. Won’t you?
As far as your this assertion regarding your “mistakes” that “I dont bother about”. Don’t you think that writing is a very serious undertaking, in addition to being noble, and especially when you decide to express your views on matters of public interest. Being a responsible person, it is your absolute obligation to read and re-read and revise what your write. It will only be to your own personal good. After all there must be purpose behind what you write then why not take enough time to make it more useful.

There is a remarkable distinction between the work of King’s men and a person who represent common masses or street people.King’s men always hold authoritative positions and when they say its day all would say its is day,.They have full command to force people to accept black as white and white as black.On the other hand the representatives of poor masses always face extreme pressure from such canonical groups whether they are working on principles and truth.They have to pass many many hardships for proving their skills and purity of their work.So one can say the premiers follow the laws of tyranny but latter one adopts the ways of prophecy.Both have same capacity of knowledge and skills but its shift of power that gives projection to premiers .
This is a major difference between pirzada, dogar and other lawyers.They join king’s team for raising their dwarf characters.Each time pirzada made his status big with the arrival of new dictator and one can say that he is extraordinary in his flagrant unlawful acts.

In my daily life I hardly countered or tolerated bad tempered people around me.In my life experience that mostly passes in extreme social and public affairs. I once had encountered with a maulvi on streets of Karachi.He was forcing me of covering my head with curses(still he had no match with yours abusive power)In reaction first I humbly requested him to stop this nonsenes and leave me alone.On his nonstop verbal attacks, then I called a police on the spot through 15 help line and requested them to take care of that man who can be charged as harassment and using abusive language to a stranger in the streets.Police fully cooperated with me and remove that man from the scene with lot of apologizes.So now you can understand my feelings of detestation for bad tempered people.
watching tv screens throughout the CJ’s restoration, one kept seeing the PPP lawyers, namingly Aitezaz and Khosa, physically injured and bloody just to restore justice. that was the PPP commitment. PML N was even offered the next govt after five years… i don’t know how it can be said that Zardari didn’t want to restore the judges.. in addition, it’s high time we stop cribbing about these trivial issues. the CJ’s been restored… can we please focus on getting the country on track?

I guess I do understand your feelings. Look when you get into an argument situation, there are time when hot blood some people might sound insulting. Anyways, let me clarify my position, although, I admit that I have been harsh with you at times, but the idea was not more than just bugging you. I do not have any particular reason to hurl any personal insult to you, however, I am sorry. As I said I do appreciate your dedication and have no reason to suspect that your driven by your conviction. I thought you are certainly one of those few who are devoting so much of your time for issues of public interest and this has to be acknowledged and appreciated. I do.
