What People expected from judiciary?

By Asad Ghauri • Aug 1st, 2009 • Category: Politics • 13 Comments

Good going free judiciary of Pakistan,

Drone attacks rising
Sugar price on new hype
Milk price rising
Wheat price rising
Petrol price ,,,,,,,,,,

Well people in Pakistan that judiciary will take suo moto notices against those who do black market for these stuf but wow all is same judiciary is more interested in sorting his own problems and saving people in judiciary want to save their positions that’s why they are more interested in persecuting and investigating constitutional amendments rather then addressing problem of common man so for us ALL are same.

If persecution of Musharraf can eliminate poverty and hunger from out country we must do it and if it cannot then kindly be humble to us and solve our problem Mr.Justice.

Judiciary has saved his messiah from all legal cases now please consider condition of masses and help them we saw hope in judiciary dnt let it down.

  1. untill yesterday a cjp hater hassan was yelling that its not the duty of cjp to check and regulate the prices of items like the writer has mentioned, and now another critic has come up with a new reason to sling mud at cjp , it seems people will throw anything at the CJP including the kitchen sink,

i can understand whats the fuss about

  2. Where do people throw garbage - in the garbage can. All the refuse goes on top of the heap of junk - I thought this as normal.

  3. that is exactly where the traitor mush has been sent, the garbage of history,

that is where the dictators belong , absolutly normal

  4. History - garbage?!

See, people who consider history garbage never learn anything - nothing. We are living proof of what history does to a people when not respected - Think!

  5. Strongly agrees with Aftab Sahab!

  6. Arias dude,
    I’m not a cjp hater!

  7. yet not a cjp lover either!

  8. just a middle-class Pakistani citizen……

  9. Arias (”i can understand whats the fuss about”)

What’s the fuss about? Would you like to enlighten us Arias Sahab?

  10. where did I call history a garbage?

    garbage of history,

it means a place in history which has no respect , a place in history where one will be condemed when ever remembered

Aftab, twist my words all you can

call me a lier, overpowered or whaterver insult you can think of, but deep in you heart your and other loyal suppoters of mush know it for sure, that mush had his faults also, he was a dictator who trampled the constitution when ever he liked and how ever he liked,

his tenure wasnt the golden era and now you will start comparing mush which previous dictators, remember when you do that -you cant compare apples with mangoes- you too are agreeing that mush was a dictator and wasnt honest

  11. Me calling you a lier - no; insult you - have no reason to do so - Man! you have an ego bigger than the greatest egoists of the land the CJ + the joker Ahsan + the fundo Khan + the tribe of not so sharif ‘hairy heads’ all put together!

As far as how I see you - let me borrow my own sentiments expressed somewhere else for you, I quote:

“Arias, you almost sound as if you feel personally targetted, I sincerely hope that you are not part of this ‘evil’ - that’ll be a horrible error of judgment on my part - I somehow still consider you an honorable man. Since, you, hopefully, are an honorable man (even if manipulated by propagandists and manufacturers of opinion), and as a friend let me give you a bit of advice - people guided by sense of justice never compromise even when they do not posses power to prevent injustice - they always posses the wisdom & courage to protest - make this your resolution from now henceforth.

    Good luck!”

  12. Arias boy,
Like it or Not: Musharraf is a hero for a vast majority of Pakistanis. We middle class people don’t really understand what makes the CJ person so dear to a disenchanted class of our society (comprising mainly extremists, upper-class HR activists, and of course unruly lawyers), of which I’m afraid, you seem to have become a part. The CJ guy isn’t an angel, as many of you seem to believe, my friend. He is also known to have sinned; hope you remember the charge sheet against him, sent to the SJC by our former President Musharraf.

So I suggest you try to form your opinions on the basis of facts, rather than allowing your mind to be swept by waves of antagonistic propaganda.

  13. @ Arias ” it seems people will throw anything at the CJP including the kitchen sink”

I am not CJP hater or lover, I admit that controlling economy is matter of parliament not of courts, but if I see in past number of suo motto notices showed that Court is interested in it, and this is what problem of a common Pakistani, punishing mushraf is not my matter nor a matter of common Pakistani, if its so necessary then also punish them who are the cause of Coup in our country, why always pakistani ppl welcomed Army ?? due to poor policies of democratic govt. in Pakistan.
