What Obama’s Address Really Means to Pakistan

It means a lot when we read and understand Obama’s helpeness in his speech regarding the war against terror. It becomes extraordinarily crucial when we read the same approach used rather pursued by him as was hatched and religiously followed by the Bush regime.
Obama is carrying out wars in Iraq and Afghanistan and the surges are on. He is spending more money in both countries and he is sending in more troops. He is adopting the same tough tone with the Pakistan and asking it to do more. He is not accepting the blame of not capturing the leadership of Al-Qaeda and he is not taking the responsibility of the killings of millions of civilians in Iraq, Afghanistan and Pakistan just due to the American aggression, which they fancily called as collateral damage.
What was in his speech that was outstanding? It was his unwilling acceptance that though safe heavens of Al Qaeda were in the murky border area of Pakistan and Afghanistan, the cooperation of the Pakistan was inevitable and his admission that the Pakistan army was doing large scale operations in South Waziristan and Swat and throughout the tribal belt.
The good news is that without attempting any misadventure and sabre-rattling, the Obama administration has come to understand that they cannot send in troops to the Pakistan. They know that they need us. It’s us who needs to have leaders who could leverage this potential.

So that this is his entire Obama Admin’n thinking/approach about the real tragedy of coming proposed war. However, Coming Combat with USA would be a great show that-still holds up today with this strong hope this coming imposed war will helpful to Make Pakistanis UNITED as a genuine representative of Muslim Ummah of this beloved country.

It is clearly giving us orders to be ready for do more, kill more, destroy more your own land, your people and keep busy our army in desired areas of US.

What would benefit us if any disastrous thing happens in obama’s administration.
We are already paying for disaster of 911 so we cant afford any other disaster in US as now Pakistan has become dustbin of US wrong policies and each time our military gods write it “USE ME” on this bin and US people happily use it.
This surge of US troops surely would be felt in our side as back flow of insurgents and it is quite obvious that our army will be engaged in military games like that till 2011.US gross income up to 22 to 25% has come from arms industry and our 30 to 35% income directly goes to arms deals so who would be beneficiary in this games of arms is quite obvious.In this billion dollar deals dead bodies of soldiers and common men are not matter of importance for war lords that are controlling US houses.

India isnt waiting for the fun infact it is the architect of the fun game it has been vying to create in Balochistan n now as proven by helping extremists in Wrziristan and adjacent areas.Infact India is insecure after Obama’s speech n the news of American withdrawal because the fun it has envisaged to begin in Afghanistan will not bear fruit once America leaves.Infact indians are much disappointed to hear Obama’s speech and the deserved importance he bestowed on Pakistan vis a vis the war.

Very accurate reading. The question is what is Pakistan going to do in response to troops surge. There definitely is going to be pressure on Pakistan border after the surge. Reading between the lines, Obama’s speech is in fact in my humble opinion first one for his re-election. Time frame for troops withdrawal is given, which if not met with will be termed as technical delay later. At least it will give Obama something to reply with to his opponents if they accuse him of dragging the war on. Time frame to escalate the number of troops in 12 months leaves another six months before withdrawal begins. And according to experts 12 months to escalate the number of troops is very optimistic and in other words the fastest possible time. Now the question remains whether the execution of the strategy will be spot on or not.
The thing which is alarming is possible expansion of war to Balochistan which is already being meddled in by India. The president or his close aides should have also explained that why was Osama and his close aides spared in December 2001. Does this not mean they meant to bring this war to border areas. Does this not mean the then administration betrayed all those who perished in terrorist attacks on 9/11.
