If a party thinks that certain decision of an Honourable court was not done the way the party expected; you may not criticise the decision of the court in any case.

In respect of court the citizen may not have prerogative to escape its decision except to —submit.

Any how, you can only PLEAD against it in higher court but not criticise it—- that too in a given frame of time and procedure.

It does not means that our country is state of chaos but in Pakistan we all live under law and it is but required of us to abide by the laws of our country and respect all the decisions of court of law.

In court no one may be placed defunct that we like to see him as such. Maulana Abdul Aziz was a suspected criminal and the prosecution was asked to charge the man and try him in the court of law for his alleged crimes (What ever it was). The prosecution is required to prove the charge to get the person convicted and when they fail in doing so; i.e. of lack of evidences etc, the person has to be acquitted.

Reportedly the man has been acquitted means that prosecution has failed to prove the charges in the court.

Once man has been released of the charge; he is free and no one may have the right to call him a criminal or the beast etc.

I hope we all as a responsible citizen must learn to respect the law, our courts of law and their decision. Every single commentator or the initiator of this article appearing here can be apprehended on this web site who indulged in mocking the court or the CJP. All of you have committed in writing with your emails and IPs known to the website master and you may be traced out easily.

We Pakistani have to learn a lot; how to love our country and respect our Laws and the courts.
