The teachings about "Parda" are very clear in Holy Quran. It's ordered to the wives of prophet (Ummahat Ul Momineen) not to show their beauty by covering their bodies properly and the same applies to all the muslim females. Egypt is dreaming for modernization and trying to get some place in the heart of West and America and for this purpose, this seminary is trying to please them. I don't know what's etching the people if our honourable muslim females keep themselves covered and not expoesed like western females who are far away from the grace and dignity. We have cornered all the verses like that mentioned in last lines of Quran and picking the old historical verses that was mostly used as guide lines to spread Islam and its teachings, Now we should focus on its preservations and integration. But seeing the irremediable attitude of our leadership it is obvious that still lot of tough time is coming ahead for ordinary Muslims till we start using our wisdom beyond religious constraints. War over niqab is by product of war on terror, more Muslim leadership would accept the war deals more minor issues would be generated to push us toward more backwardness and disintegration.
