Why UK and France are there? Why richer Germany and Japan are not there?NUKES ofcourse. Why largest democracy India is not there or largest Islamic nation Indonesia is not there or biggest african nation with wealth South africa is not there or Brazil is not there? You will find Pakistan opposing India's membership more than asking for its own membership.Ditto with Brazil with Argentina opposing it and not asking for its own.Same with Africans.
