Means You converted from standard to unlimited , 20 Rs. of conversion and then 20 Rs. of Unlimited package in 1 day. When you will observe this 20 rs. is not 20rs. and your balance going like jumbo jet, when you will convert your package again from unlimited to standard they will cut 20 rs. of conversion and ofcourse that day 20 rs. is already in their pockets. so 40rs. again(inclusive tax). 80 Rs. for just one conversation and backing to normal. Vptcl package conversion also rips off money, Rs. 20/- cuts everytime you change the package. One thing which i personally experienced that when they said "FREE ON NET", they don't mention that UAN are not free and as per one my friend they are also charging NTC nos which technically are different network but PTCL never mentioned them while they indicate DIALOGUE as other network.
