Although subject article was written with full pace during the transition process of new electoral assembly but is being published at present due to reasons that may benefit the current theme and scenario being in conductivity at present.

There are few issues that in my opinion would benefit the reader with new methodology and picture to highlight establishment and its all time calculated role .

Electoral process has accomplished, selectively culminating and qualifying effectively, as a smooth and peaceful session, for, quantitatively only few dozens lives were utilized in the form and brunt of current atmosphere of violence and threats.

However, many, has credited and applause the government for accomplishment and skillful design for executing the process, as in their opinion, these violation up to this extent of loss, are expected to be the part and parcel of such activities, perhaps, in a country like Pakistan.

Nevertheless, it was quite pleasurable that the whole process has terminated with uneventful scene and sights although in the midst of terrors.

The transition of power, to the successors although a smooth and silky process in most of the democratic countries, but on the contrary and as to the habitual mode and method of our traditional legacy, the same also reserve the right as separatist.

To be more rational and optimist, and keeping in view the follow through measure and strategies being in run for the formation of ultimate government and the premier ship ,easy access to the intention , motive and flow of the politics and leader ship can be ascertained.

Issues based politics and unnatural coalition being in conductivity clearly specify the desire to enter in to the system of governance, not focusing on ease and rectification of the system and livings standards but to enhance and guard the event and resources that has affected and kept these role models apart from occupancy of ministerial positions and embraces for so many years.

Although it will be too preliminary to reinforce the hidden parameters and incentive in prosecutions by these traditional rivals and their counter parts in apposition i.e. the great rulers and flag holders of ethnic origin and slogan, the literate Punjab, and of course the working capabilities and working relationship and environment which has been the customary sign and signature of the interest and beneficiary formula based politics of these individuals, previously.

Nevertheless, mandate being given to these individuals restrict and halt all reservation, whatsoever thus curtailing to refrain and allow passage to mandarin keeping desire of the people. Seeing believes.

The mandate and award that has been granted and sanctioned to these individuals for materialization of the core issues of the public, so to surge and benefit the suffered, by enrolling the highest public offices, hence to uplift the reservations, thoughts and assignments by virtue and capabilities of their previous time tested leaders and their modes, methods and design and through the public office, is the reality, that has been vested by public, to these stake holder and now to be brunt and accept by major population with consolation.

Same attitude of responsibility is expected from all rivals and contestant being granted the honor as well as the position holders in position to form government. Although the system is running from decades ,with loops and holes yet the maturity of the runners has not attained the level of adolescence and behavioral change is always noted during all such events of victory and successions .The attitude of leaving apart the areas not in possession and targeting only areas that has been in possession reflects the attitude of disowning own selves .Disqualification from the area does not precisely means that the area be deprived of all means and method .Failure to qualify relates and explains deficiency to get the opinion of people and all looser should focus to bring peoples in their vicinity close to their mind and thoughts .

This can only be achieved by virtue of awarding and owning the rivals as well as supporters ,considering and forecasting that the same area is to be prepared enough to get mandate again in future .Realizing the facts and on ground realities will only work to get Pakistan out of this anarchy , selfishness and ethnic turmoil .

Ethnics triumph is an issue based politics and resolution of issues scrutinizes and slashes the number of voters thus revert their design of thinking mechanism .

However deprivation in one or another way continue to keep the pace with people’s requirement and maintaining position and stance in similar fashion and region based political amateurism.

Provincialism and regional politics is an issue being detonated in all era and was always the mother of annoyance and stampede for nationalism and federation.

Cautiously probing the major built-in component used in such political slogan, the only factor that regards input and weight expresses and takes the form and figure of deprivation.

It is this essence and pulp that is utilized by these ethnic mandate holders, voluntarily and willingly being provided as play field, by the people and on behalf of people.

Disregarding and maliciously overview to disengage such forceful reservation will definitely jeopardize the national consensus and federation disembarking to create hassle and acceptance thus ferociously mal handling the respect and honor of peoples mandate, sabotaging the national integrity and unity.

Honoring all such forces that has made access to the electoral selection would definitely serve as mother of national integrity and will help to neutralize the lava within, thus settling the dusty atmosphere.

On the other all such political brewers of ethnic origin should realize the factor of integrity and unity focusing the detailed reservation in the interest of nation thus holding to refrain from attitude of separatist and state within state policy where as the state should be idealistic and should focus on the need and desire of the people on factual ground realities and as per opinion of the people.

This mode should be on the ground of equality, self respect and genuine requirement of site, sights, seen, tradition, culture heritage and make.

Being, a karachite and attaining all “if and buts” from same city and set up, have gone through multiple reservations in a follow through process of my life.

All reservation has been credited after different shores of appointment and qualification in a longstanding horizon of observation and experiences.

Although critical analysis is yet to be the part of issues, so to relief the mind of its interpretation, yet the revealing agitation, does need treatment to halt the mechanism of derangement and future prospects in the interest of nation thus shuttering the mechanism of regionalism and ethnicity from an individual sole.

Refraining and setting aside all issues and ethnic mentality, the important observation that strikes’ continuously being an observer is the electoral allocation of seats in urban constituencies of Sindh.

Massive votes, as being cast in different allocated seats of Karachi, does need review, as the region herself is densely populated with different diversified culture and ethnic groups and the mandate being granted to successor here can not with stand the comparison through out Pakistan .

This system of allocation of seats has flaws that reflect malafide and malicious intentions to curtail the region at particular pace so that the premier offices could not be breached in any circumstance.

Although the design is acceptably fulfilling the requirement of the establishment but the disaster is that regional basis of deprivation has gained sustained position in ethnic mentality thus again jeopardizing the unity and nationalism.

This creation and design of architecture enrolls its position in electoral selection as all time opposition or the back benchers, unable to qualify in any of the circumstance whatsoever, and the award of positioning in lieu is always restricted at the grace and desire of the ever supreme party in the form of ethnic group of Sindhi origin.

Although system is in continuity since decades but in my opinion is the main thrust to plead and power the ethnic version of mentality and the root cause sabotaging and defying the genuine requirement of time and equality on cultural and ethnic ground .

Provincial autonomy and allocation of seats directly attest the position in national assembly and senate thus maximizing the effect in the form of coalition on third priority thereby again creating a sense of deprivation on grounds of equality and self respect and as community base representation.

Allocation of electoral constituency and preliminary status of province need to be the first priority if a national consensus is to be achieved and federation is to be enlightened, as the present theme clearly explains the regional superiority of self made incentives to be applied in order of priority and preference which is not acceptable in any form and shape.

Although the requisition of plea may be a factor of annoyance and unacceptability to many of our so called caretakers and establishment, but the requirement needs protocol on genuine grounds as the system has another unwanted sibling in the form of quota serving to provide a culture to plant deprivation.
