UK Visa for Pakistani Students, Job Seekers and Tourists

That’s a huge hassle and huge trouble for the Pakistanis. To add insult to injury, there is a huge delay in visa processing, and that generates extreme loss to many.
Thankfully, Lord Ahmed raised this issue in front of UK government: “How many Pakistani students have missed their university deadlines and have lost their fees and scholarships due to the backlogs and delays in Abu Dhabi? “How many people are waiting for visa endorsements in Islamabad after winning their appeals in British courts in the last six months? Will the government refund fees for all the victims of our failure who have either missed their deadlines or medical check-ups, university courses, family weddings and professional jobs?”
There are 10,000 students currently studying in the UK and in the first nine months of this year just under 8,000 student visas were issued.
The thing is that we are forced to go to UK, USA, Canada and Australia for education and jobs, because both of these have scope there and not here. Quality education in Pakistan is a distant and elusive dream.

Check with Lord Nazir what he is doing for Pakistani’s??
Nazir is doing extra ordinary job by chasing the real crimnal musharf through the power of law.He ie trying to dig out the root cause of all charges like above against us putting up by western forces.
It is Musharraf only who declared Pakistani men and women as terrorists , marauders and rapers for getting citizen ship to to other countries.He as the leader of state provided all information to his UK and US masters that whole network of terrorism is centralized in our side.That is why we are standing like that where all can stone us through their civilized law.
We Pakistani people think that Lord Nazir is loyal to Pakistani? plz plz correct this. He is a memeber of British Parliament and tool oath twice to be loyal to Queen, first on immigration and second time on taking parliament oath.
@2 Mr. Nazir is a third rate convicted criminal….so what’s his credibility? He’s only a pawn of Nawaz League. On the contrary, Pres. Musharraf’s our former President, a man of honour….so please slinging mud!
Only third rated criminal can dare to trap the first rated absconders.
No credibility is required for people like him who leave their country when accountability move starts against him.
Action are more reliable source to judge a personality than rhetoric dialogs.

He is surely showing the loyalty to his queen as objection raised by him is linked with the tax payer money of UK people which their govt is spending on security provisions of our former president and retired commando as COAS.
nazir is a nice person and it is so frustrating to wait for the visa .My brother is expecting to see is first child in Uk as the baby was born here but no luck for the visa as they r waiting since august
@5 R E S P E C T……a seven letter word…..is what one needs to show for our former President! Mr. Nazir was convicted by a British court and he even spent some time in jail for negligent driving. How can one believe this convicted criminal who is on payroll of Sharif Brothers? Its only mud slinging!

Your Musharraf is hiding in the same country where that convicted is now member of UK parliament.
It is now headache of UK people to handle all kind of criminal and run away as per their state laws but both are under same umbrella for getting protection from this system.
It is not matter of mud slinging but clinging to mud for hiding their real crimes away from crime scenes.

I sincerely advise you to keep your ‘justice movement grudges’ against Pres. aside and think about the years 1999 to early 2006. Be fair, be honest, do justice to see the good that the former reformist Pres. has done for Pakistan.

Please come to era of end of 2006 when he negotiated and signed with third rated person and given way to NRO for securing his seat.

I am very fair in my comments after facing 12 hr long term load shedding owing to his vision for brighter Pakistan.You should be fair in praising him that such darkness was even not existed at the time of my parents.
