Twists OF Fate

Twists of fate bring us together

Another twist and we are gone

My God! Another twist and I am standing elsewhere,

Do I see you from the corner of my eye?

The thief says yes, the cop says no;

The judge says what;

The lawyer says whatever,

How do I make the decision?

My, to my fellow men;

I am ignorant to the end,

To the slithering snakes I keep in my sleeves;

I may be alive,

Dancing on the rhythms of another’s tune,

Me mind is springing to the moon;

LUNAR they say to the one and ONLY fraud,

Slick little lies hide the NAKED fruit,

Are u sane?

No like a hungry person floating in the Nile;

Everything is refraction of food;

Prisms I see everywhere,

My friends, disciples, bury me;

In front of my own open eyes,

It’s a test they say;

But the crop was good,

And about the misery of the poor;

It’s a passing fancy,

I see;

Relief is near, I hear…

The song of death;

Is yet to be played,

All is not lost for I have read;

There is life ahead of death…
