To The Attention of Chief Justice
By Anwar Jalal • Jun 11th, 2009 • Category: Politics • 4 CommentsThrough this columns I would like to bring the notice of honourable Chief Justice of Pakistan the fraud that is being done on by numerous private housing plots schemes across the country. Fraudulent people form a company with some name and launch the scheme through advertisements in media which are often attractive for low income and middle class citizens.
After collecting money they either winds up their schemes or delay such schemes till people got fed up and start demanding their money back. Such schemes are believed to launched with collaboration of concerned CDA officials .Such schemes owners have neither got NCO nor registration or and pretends to have applied for it After collecting lot of amount from simple applicants , the CDA comes into action and issue a warning through press regarding some of those schemes.
In such situation the clients of the plots rushed to the concerned housing society for the return of their money but to their disappointment either the housing society office at the place is fond closed or they are dodged on different pretexts. In some cases either their all deposited amount is drowned while in some portion of their amount is though returned and that too in installments .while the remaining is not returned in the name of the so called housing society in the light of their self made terms and conditions and rules.
It is requested that Chief Justice would take suo motto notice of such fraudulent housing schemes which are looting the people and with it is also requested that effective regularizing authority may be formed which should supervise the private housing schemes

What the writer has mentioned in the post are totally correct. It is hoped that Chief Justice will take notice of the fruaduleny housing schemes and will make arrangements for setting up effectice Reguliting Authority for such priviate schemes
i appreciate mr jalal for higlighting an important issue. i am also a govt servant and suffering at the hands of THE NEST BUILDERS a housing scheme launched in islamabad. attractive advertisements were published in news papers across the country.then after 8/9 months suddenly the CDA announced the scheme is fradulent. when i rushed back to the NEST BUILDERS for the return of my money, they initially made false pretexts then finally refused.the interesting point is that the CDA officials were sleeping till the NEST BUILDERS collected huge amount from the poor people and when THE NEST BUILDERS got their bags full then the CDA came to know the fraud comitted by the housing scheme.its really disgusting. is judiciary really activited in this country? i nned justice is there any one in the whole country who can provide me the justice.
Hope Chief Justice will take notice of what has been pleaded in the post
