In 1948 only ground troops fought.
Pakistan Air Force (PAF) did had Tigermoth like planes handed over to Pakistan by India with sand and sugar put in the engines and fuel tanks, which resulted in seizure of engines.
But in 1965, Pakistan Air Force wrote history on the wall by fighting back to Indian Air Force (IAF) with Saber (not a supersonic plane) F-series like big warplanes. The only super sonic acquired during that decade by PAF was F-104. while India had Hawker Hunter, Canberra, Mig-19 like smart ones.
Pakistan air force was equipped with Saber (with overhauled engines). Pakistani Air Force Pilots wrote history with those huge planes by attacking difficult targets inside India like radar in Amratsir etc. They also repelled air attacks by Indian Air Force inside Pakistani air territory. Indian Pilots reported to be firing on their target (in air) from more than 3000 feet distance, whereas, Pakistani Pilots gunned down their targets with more accuracy even with saber planes. As far as ground targets were concerned, PAF pilots proved highly skilled training and professional abilities by bombing their targets by going to tree height altitude to attack Indian airbases.
India received a huge loss when their newly acquired Mig-21 series planes never made a flight to attack Pakistan. Such damages were witnessed internationally.
Russian could not remain silent and lashed out on India Authorities that Indian Pilots are ’sheep’ and don’t know how to fly fighter planes.
So how much Indian Air Force is instructed to remain ready for any operation. If such operations are targets in Pakistan, we don’t have to worry. Numbers cannot compete with quality and enthusiasm. Pakistan Air Force is much more equipped now than was in 1965.
Indian before any mis-adventure towards Pakistan must ensure and probe in the matter of Mumbai Killings and Blast case seriously as there is no ‘Oops’ after a war. Time will prove this all has been done due to mal-treatment of minorities living in India due to in-human Indian policies.
Pakistan has never been afraid of Indian mis-adventures, but now both the countries have nuclear arsenals and this could create a disaster in this region.
Inclination towards harmony needs to be adopted in our actions.

at a time when tensions are running high between the two countries you could managed to live without writing this topic, such topics will only add hatred between the the people of this country

thanks for your comments, the saying of our Prophet (S.A.W) is that keep your horses ready. This article was in reply to the situation created by Indian Government. Time will tell there was no evidence of Pakistani people involved in Mumbai actions. Indeed that was a brutal act whoever is involved in that. But some times you have to show some of your cards to project your strength. No force can act without nation’s support. Some times one has to be harsh to defuse situation (remember Gen Zia’s visit to witness cricket match with Indra).
“Inclination towards harmony needs to be adopted in our actions.” 1. means we shall not welcome any Indian mis-adventure, 2. We want to remain in peace with India and she must acknowledge that. Government of Pakistan is not involved in any of such acts within India. So responsibility in statement is a must.
India must first prove involvement of any Pakistani individual in Mumbai shoot out and bomb blast then try to convince government of Pakistan with proof. I am sure our government will act accordingly, but to wage a war will take lives of hundreds of thousands, such blindness needs to be prevented.

Tone is Alhamdullilah positive, just reminded to the both sides to remain calm while we posses alot to fight a war.
Farid Masood do you read news paper. One of the Pakistani newspaper The Dawn has found the parents of the terrorist captured in India. And they have accepted that he is their son. So involvement of Pakistani people proved.
Secondly if you will also remember during 1971 war India had captured till Lahore which was later returned back to Pakistan after the treaty in Shimla (read history properly).
I guess all your points cleared.

its not horse that would be fight with enemies but it is spirit of horse rider that is actually used in war fronts.In this hadees actually Holy Prophet is alerting warriors to get ready for all kind of attacks as his enemies always surrounded him to kill and end this movement of Islam.
Now come to performance of our PAF.The things happened in past has gone now, we have all kind of modern weapons and war planes but our fighting spirit has gone .Latest example of humiliation of our degraded spirit is obvious when whole world is seeing that US drones are attacking within our boundaries and our modern air defense system and PAF that has target of reaching to aerial intruders within six minutes are completely invisible on national level.Recently our air force chief made a funny comments that we are capable of all kind of defense but waiting for govt signal to act accordingly.He is a actually accepting openly that govt has allowed such intruders and they are sitting idle until govt pass another order for them.He is again denying his job that is to protect Pakistan boundaries at all costs , at least he should have resign from his national duty as he is unable to protect the lives of his country men and claiming his failure in front of whole world that US is more capable of attacking those terrorists and our forces are fail to tackle them.
Now come to Indian blame game ,such charges are essence of all such incidents that are happening in Pakistan.You have lal masjid incident,musharf banned jehadis group working in Pakistan and sell Pakistani as terrorist to US, our exPM was killed in day light in front of thousand and we never dare to start probe for her even her family never bothered to go for any investigation procedures. All people in govt are claiming this war as our war so you can easily judge our situation that is very unstable and weak ,nothing more than it.
In the face of the crisis that Pakistan is facing; to write such a good article by Mr Farid Masood is most commendable and is a need of the day.
To keep yourselves and your armaments on guard and be ready and specially their display is the righteous way of creating the deterrence in enemies lines to avert wars; which is the true Islamic teaching.

Our Armed forces may they be foot soldiers, airmen or Navy and their other auxiliary organizations: they all deserve our full support because they sacrifice their today, lay their live and keep our borders safe and its demarcation afresh with their perpetual sprinkling of blood so that we may live our tomorrows.
The Psychic of many private Islamic organizations found in Pakistan is that probably they can run their parallel governments. They have wrongly or rightly been allowed to breed and flourish in the country. They all have to cut their notions and to be brought back into the National fold as per our law of land and order.
Having wrong notions of such ill aimed and ill vision Islamic groups is counter productive. Enemy of Pakistan are certainly smarter then these groups that they use them against their own country and Pakistan as a country is left to face the humiliation in the world.

2. What about the blame put on Pakistan after train blast, what was proved, now we Pakistani should say indian secret service ‘RAW’ is involved in terrorist activities?

yours all points are solid and true but yours blame game on people of Pakistan is wrong.Pakistan and pakistani people havnt gained anything in this act of terrorism but this act is supporting US and its war of curses.Who will get benefit after creating tension in this region.In this deadly mistake India is forcing weak Pak govt to be more dependent on US and its arms supply that would ultimately effect the life of Pakistani.Indian agencies are reacting so sharply and quickly about the whereabout of these terrorists that even we are surprised that how quickly they are getting data of those terrorists.The way of Indian’s quick charges on Pakistan when the terrorism was being operated on Mumbai and target killing of Indian top officers specially kurkary and then within week every thing was prepared ready for demand of banning a jehadi group are raising many suspicious questions and for answers you must find errors in your own side. india under nehru till 1962 DIDNOT had a strong army.
we started equiping ourself militarily better ONLY AFTER 1962 LOSS TO CHINA.
now we have u guys got only abt 20 F-16S………….we have more than 35 SUKHOI MKI-30 FIGHTER AIRCRAFTS…..far superior to any F SERIES aircrafts……india will soon buy 126 multi-use fighter aircrafts like F-16S………..
