- That, we accept the molded enforcement as Shariat-e-Sufi Muhammad from this day of implementation, as new perspective visionary concept of principality of follow, hence our new way to entry in previous heaven on earth, the swat.
· That we commemorate terrorism as militancy and dismantling as honor
- That we claim subversion as only means to achieve object as target
- That we consider brutal killing and massacre as means to accomplish desire as lust
- That we consider women as menace on earth
- That we condemn education and prohibit living of women beyond define domain
- That we regard disregard and dishonor honor as our insignia
- That we consider every religion as our enemy and sanction massacre in the name of belief
- That we claim Shariah of Sufi Muhammad as souvenir and applaud it as, the only way to peace and follow through.
- That we define this Shariah as the only Shariah as truth and express our ritual aggression as right, to all believers who do not follow the define Shariah of Sufi Muhammad.
- That we consider suicide bombing as essence of faith and key to enter in heaven
- That killing of innocents is as fair as glare and within the perspective vision of this Shariah
- That killing of arm personnel as defender is a compulsion being follower of Sufi Muhammad and his introduced Shariah
- That our activities as drug paddlers, paid killers ,spying and abductions with killing of innocents are all within the perspective visionary of this Shariah.
- That whatever trauma and de roofing to the structure of the premise of nation has been done was an above-board means to achieve this Shariah of drivers and cleaners.
- That our interaction with the enemy of the state of Pakistan ,as RAW, to accomplish this target was the legal move as righteous, being duly owned by state and still define our status as clear and legitimate citizen
- That what was once believed as possible and on the plea of masters, have been duly granted as rational and ethical, justifying our every act of inhuman attitude, hence securing our way of agitation as the only valid way of achievement, within the eyes of state as Shariah of choice.
This is what I feel, would or shall be the oath as visa in lieu of entry in a new state within state of Swat, Fata and else.
Under what prerogative this grant of Shariah law has been made provisional rule of law?
Although this matter is of debate and reservation as far as diversified schools of thought, existing with in the perspective realm of Islamic principality of practice as belief are concerned, but nevertheless; under the means and manner, this relative grant to sanctioned a domain as state within the premise of state is condemnable:.
Any such acts of distortion and deformation of basic ideology of Islam would be and shall be resisted by all thrust as the same is clear violation of ideology and theme of birth of this nation as well.
How can this debacle as Shariah of Sufi Muhammad shall be made the fate of this nation without realizing the truth of existence of variant entities existing in this state of choice as Shiites, Sunnis and minorities may it be Ahmedis and else.
Who can deny the fact of insanity and derangement of principality of basic belief as faith of these so called mongers of trogon dynasty?
What is this law Nizam-e-Adal as per Sufi Shariah?
Under no means this allocation to boost and plum this talibanic version of deviant Islamic perception is acceptable to this nation and its people.
Coming towards other perspective of reservation as questionnaire, what would be the fate of these Taliban if at all they are recognized as legal force of Islamic flag holder, in rest of the country?

Critically evaluating reviewing the theme of grant of application, it’s a clear fact that from now and onward area beyond swat, shangla, upper and lower dir, buner, chitral and malakand as division are beyond the custody of constitution of Islamic republic of Pakistan as writ.
Farther and further! Existing local moieties as communities are at risk of brutal massacre and engagement at practices, if at all this version of talibanic Islam would be implemented in the region since different areas from DI Khan to multiple tribal belts are already at furious massacre though the hands of these fear factor.
In my opinion under no means this execution of distorted talibanic Shariah could curtail the peace process even at airy level.
One more point that deliver unsympathetic glance is the War of Terror and Taliban’s affiliation and engagement of the subject at whatever amateur whether supportive or encountering perspective of the war.
Does this process of peace as implementation shall reverse the war on terror from the home ground of Fata, as part?
What about the now and then attack of Allies and so called talibanic retaliation in lieu?
I think we need to understand Taliban?
Either they are our foe or friend.
If they are our friend we should get ready for similar act of spray as bombardment and if foe; I don’t see clemency to grant and award such throne as gift in lieu of subversion.

Subversion is the act or an instance of subverting.
(Obsolete) A cause of overthrow or ruin.
It’s a deliberate and underhanded effort to defeat or do harm to an endeavor: sabotage, undermining.
Action designed to undermine the military, economic, psychological, or political strength or morale of a regime.
Subversion is an overturning or uprooting.
The word originally applies such diverse events as the military defeat of a city and severe gastric disorder.
But as early as the fourteenth century it was being used in the English language with reference to laws and in the fifteenth century came to be used with respect to the realm.
This is the origin of its modern use, which refers to attempts to overthrow structures of authority, including the state.
In this respect, it has taken over from ‘sedition’ as the name for illicit rebellion, though the connotations of the two words are rather different, sedition suggesting overt attacks on institutions, subversion something much more surreptitious, such as eroding the basis of belief in the status quo or setting people against each other.
Under the means and manner of above definition as per (Thesaurus) the word completely defines the profile, as per activity of Taliban.

raza it is very conceivable and understandable as this option was taken after 18 months army operation.
This special right is granted to them after show of power of arms or one can say a clear defeat of our army tactics in this area.As usual army faced embarrassment in tthis combat adventures as they did in 1971 and in kargil .After creating mess they allow weak civilian government to act accordingly and that is happening there too.
Actually swat situation is showing us larger picture of Lal masjid massacre.In both cases specially trained clerics had tried to challenge the writ of govt by harassing the general public using the baton of religion.In Islamabad culture people rejected this technique but in swat ,underprivileged and rejected people accepted the offer of these clerics as an only option provided to them for their survival. Army actions were opted in both cases for two main purposes 1) to maintain the writ of govt and 2) satisfy the world powers that extremist clerics do exist in our soil .
There is no clemency is being granted to them but these trained gangsters had forced our army to armistice and forced locals to leave their homeland for their atrocities.
Such kind of circumstances will lead us to catastrophic affects on our existing social problems specially in neglected areas where mudressahs culture are being intentialy promoted for last 20 years.Such truce will surely give strength and a monster like shape to radical attitude of some groups that is strongly persisting in our suburbs.

If the deal is good for SWAT, then why not for whole of country of Pakistan which is called land of pure and is an Islamic republic and member of OIC?
2.What is the difference between Sharia as propunded by the Great Sufi and Sharia of pakistani law?In India we follow the IPC< CRPC etc as given by the British.
3.If this is what these people they want(their brand of Sharia), then why fight the State of Pakistan and Pakistan Army?They can achiev it by propagating it amongst people in Pakistani democracy.But why kill people?

Are you trying to say that the rule that Taliban is trying to impose in SWAT is good and you are ready to accept it if they are your friends.
Do you have any idea what it is going to be when Taliban takes full control?
Understand things in a better way and not only subversion and fancy things that you like you say all the time.

Johann! Please aware your self with usage and decorum of legal terms.
IPC: Indian Penal Code: code, which provides for the “Quantum” of punishment applicable for the culprit, if, he is ultimately found guilty, by the court, after trial of the case.
Cr PC: Criminal Procedure Code: the code, which provides for, the “Procedural Formalities” adopted, in the process of Trial of the cases instituted, before a court of law, dealing in, specifically, the criminal / crimes related cases.
These two terms have no relation as binding or restriction, as far as judicial system of law till tribunal and examination is concerned.
The same reference, has due importance in our system of law as well as far as debate and prosecution and referenced addressing is concerned.
However punishment under the reign of Islamic ideology has different perspective as regulation and do differ, thus contravening the legislated law in India or else.
There is no such term as two shariah in Islamic perspective of vision and ideology.
There is only one unanimous Shariat in Islamic ideology and is;The Shariat-e –Muhammad (PBUH&A)
Though! Different school percept the same as interpretation, at selective methodology of school of thought as, practice.
Pakistan have same basic built-in ideology based concept of Islamic perspective as shariah and is owned as regulation, being part of belief and faith, by all existing schools of practices.
However this talibanic shariah is beyond the scope of validated unanimous concept of shariah and under no means can legitimately be validated with similar bearings. Regards
