We can not sit back and relax and say it cant be done. Our religion teaches us to raise voice against evil bluntly, if one cant confront evil forces openly, we should be condemning it verbally, in writing or even feel bad about it in our heart n mind. Above is one example you have quoted, there are thousands of incidents on daily bais of our in humane treatment to women. Media find such issues as an interesting and thrilling selling point of air time but people see it, comment on it and forget it. Writing the truth and mis-using the truth to telecast sensation and thrill only is an other problem. According, DPO Sialkot Waqar Chohan the girl’s step-mother had kept her detained in chains for seven year. He said the girl is now suffering from a psychological disorder due to the prolonged inhuman treatment she was meted out during the detention time.
