This CJ must be prosecuted in his own court in bringing Pakistan at this disasterous situation, a key person responsible in destablizing Pakistan; giving ample opportunity to Taliban to consolidate and re-group themselves due to his extreme selfish behaviour.

Nasir
update your inforamtion .CJP has already been freed legally by all charges created in ISI HO islambad. It was done under supreme judicial council and on record. The other way of complete public trust on him and rejection of all kind of fake charges by military regime was obvious on 14 march.I think whole world has seen this unqiue long march where ordinary people have come out to show their support to him.
What else more you want from him.
Did he accept any wrong deals with govt,
Did he prefer to run away to easy destination in his hard times of house arrest with his family.
You dont like him it is your personal choice but atleast accept his lone courage as a civil servant against corrupt establishment,

First Iftekhar Chowdhary has to clear himself of all those allegations made against him in the reference sent to the President.

Then he has to explain why the Supreme Judicial Council was denied to give its recommendation in his case and the case was referred to the Supreme Court against the constitution.

Last but not least, he has to explain why he met with Richard Holbrooke and under which Judicial Policy.
