There is much hue and cry over and about our most precious, I repeat our most precious asset; the ISI (Inter services intelligence).

 

Although being a spokesman for and on behalf; because of my legitimate concern as citizen and soldier hence possessive, I ruthlessly debar and disregard all such slogans and deliberate pasting over and on ; this all time saviors.  

 

Let me salute these defenders of nation from the depth of my heart for their continuous efforts to pace the rhythm of life of this nation and its people inspite of debunking and debarking hence different barking; at every entry and exits by few; but all-time stake holders.

 

I suppose this blame game and untoward; hence unbecoming behavior to malign our deterrence as ISI; is under no means acceptable since these legitimate sons as guns have always been the first shock absorbers hence fence.

 

People must come out to veil and hail such forces that are intentionally demeaning our son as first line of defense.

 

People need to retaliate; this concept of maneuvering and hooking thus disembarking this vulgarize attitude of defaming the organized and strengthen organization of public and national interest.

 

Here what is needed as essentiality is to lighten the real definition hence importance of this national asset.

 

Intelligence by definition is called brains.

 

 

Intelligence is the product resulting from the collection, processing, integration, analysis, evaluation, and interpretation of available information concerning requisite or assigned subject of information as documentation.

 

Such information are strategically an essentiality; for state or states so to cordon the define entity in to confiscated fence thereby securely putting off ;the state and its people from unforeseen or suspected threats that may result from fate or deliberate made destiny.

Such Information and knowledge about an adversary obtained through observation, investigation, analysis, or understanding has nothing to do with secrecy or covert activity but it’s an approach that is categorically a clerical manuscript based on available or gathered info and facts hence after assessment, evaluation, interpretation and conclusions.

Here it is to be pointed out that this clerical statistical analysis is only our mode of implementation as internal security and safety being ethical and moral organization.

 This aptitude as attitude is because; ISI is an internal security agency and not external security agency like RAW.

However at other perspective such analysis and choreography of information is utilized for different scope say for; motivation and implement of sabotaging activities as subject by many and among these “RAW” the external Indian secret service; is always the commander.

It is also a logical point as understanding that because of ISI’s extreme activity as skilled strategical evaluation and forecast; hence perceiving the threat a little ahead of its occurrence ;infact dismantles all plans of such forces of anti Pakistan; thereby converting their lust of subversion in to their own fate as repulsion.

 Under this head as fact, lies the chapter of verses which has been made and transformed in to one point agenda of defamation by these anti Pakistan forces, which consider our integrated nuisance ISI; as first and foremost hurdle towards maltreatment.

It is this fact here that comes as the only factor that always read ISI; as first chapter from any book; hence any where; as litigation, to wear off its effect so to ease the process of balkanization and subversions.

Here again it is to be pointed out that strategy as evaluation in relation to strength, activities and similar paraphernalia’s which are essential to sovereignty and integrity of any nation; especially those who have rivals as enemies and even as separate entity being nation: is part and parcel of legitimate policies of concerned functionaries and states.

This policy is to ensure and cordon; any breach as covert operations or sabotaging activities that may become a factor as unknown threat.

 Here I would like to give an outlook of intelligence to familiarize and rectify concept of intelligence and its activity through mean and mode.

 Intelligence is an important component of national power as fundamental element in decision making regarding national security, defense, and foreign policies.

It is normally conducted on three levels: strategic, tactical, and counterintelligence.

 Intelligence is an information concerning a foreign entity, usually (although not always) an adversary, as well as agencies concerned with collection of such information.

 

 It is intimately tied with the intelligence cycle, a process whereby raw information is acquired, converted into intelligence, and disseminated to the appropriate consumers.

The intelligence cycle, as defined in the United States Senate hearings of the Church Committee during the mid-1970s, consists of five steps.

A plan for the collection is developed, and agencies are assigned to specific collection tasks

Collection

 Collection includes gathering of information through means such as surveillance of various types, as well as the cultivation of human contacts.

 Production

 Information that is evaluated, analyzed, integrated, and interpreted produces; what is no longer mere information, but true intelligence.

 Suppose numerical data on a factory’s output is collected; in the processing phase, these numbers may be put into the form of a graph, while in the production phase, an analyst determines overall patterns and what they mean.

Dissemination

This is a step in which processed intelligence is distributed to the appropriate consumers, which are usually government or military officials.

An average person as layman normally read and perceives intelligence and agency behind under the head of collection, which is a mere wrong perception as interpretation.

This wrong interpretation is because these actions as surveillance are perceived and understood as spying; though it is a procedural act as means hence to gather information by means of surveillance of various types and as well through human contact.

However in true sense and weightage; intelligence is a vast subject of integrity and safety though it is always covered as cloak and enshrouded subject by states and its policies.
