The Controversial Judge
By Dr RazaHaider • Jan 6th, 2009 • Category: Politics • 5 CommentsA judge is a person who look in to and critically observe, hear and listen, temporary halt and hold, call by intimation and authority, recites willfully or desirably or legislatively, as per his capacity, being granted by virtue of his designation and authority, under dispense of power by state or people, in the form of judgment, as part of his abilities as observation, evaluation, interpretation and conclusion as decision.
Under the portfolio of so many authentic and potential expectation based criteria of assessment and eventual conclusion, there are many factors that always become the point of concerned by grieved parties, which are though disregarded by the parties at their own perception and desire but are accepted as acceptance and willingness, mutually as part and parcel of the process.
These factors though logically have weight age in terms of human tendencies, but never become the part of discussion in vocabulary of relief as objection on judgment.
Such factors as objections, though are the resident and built-in traits of individual may it be a desire, a motive, dislikes, wrong interpretation, bias, segregation, negligence, incapacity, in appropriate command on subject, unfamiliarity as qualification and so on, and judges are no exemption, but nevertheless escapes thoughts as, acceptance and belief, in terms of willingness as part and parcel of law and Legislation and designation, as decision by the judge, by both parties, the plaintiff and respondents.
A controversial judge is a person, who is observed by public at large in the contest of objection as bias, having hidden motive, in competency, racial, immoral and legitimate bearing as intimacy and so on.
Under the domain of such reservation, America can not be placed as judge to trace and dig facts so to tag and blame ISI for any happening and untoward events being traced back in India or Afghanistan and else where as it’s a controversial judge to be placed on the designation for judgment .
Litigation is the easiest way to retaliate as action, at own desire.
If some one wants to fight someone easiest way is to, scold, blame, beat, and mess, indulge and puke.
You neither need evidence nor do you require proof so to declare, debar and dismantle.
Blame is the game of desire and hidden motive.
Tracing and tagging evidences in relation to ISI involvement by a controversial judge is a real bias attitude reflecting prepared and focused preformatted motive and can not be assimilated as such.
We as nation repeat again that we do not own Taliban and similar terrorist organization and we are trying our level best to terminate these menace that have put us on the slab of incarceration but blaming our forces and our integral shock absorber, the ISI, can not be own on dictated version of desire of America or India in particular, as lust.
Every body including America has full rights to design our fate as per their desire and thoughts but painting the same theme of design is a difficult process especially when it is a matter of survival, integrity and sovereignty as freedom and nation.
Every one shall under stand, its no more disregards to our statues of liberty, whether it be boundaries, people, arm forces or ISI.
At one side, Pakistani forces are entangled in difficult war with the Taliban, and on the other hand US is trying its hardest bid to implicate the ISI in the matters related to war on terror.

I could not understand on point here, what is it have to do with the title of the blog you have mentioned.
Also when you are taking side or backing ISI is good but can you also show that ISI does not involve itself it to these activities. People in ISI and ex-employees, themselves claim that they were and are promoting terror groups in Kashmir valley.
Let us be clear here that Pakistan is a “terrorist state” and never have any illusion that it is going to be any different. The state policy of Pakistan is terrorism, and their single-point programme of existence is to destroy India.
Before the investigation agencies from India, the US, the UK, Israel, Australia, etc. could even complete amassing and processing the evidence, there were shrill inanities emanating from Pakistan that “you have not produced any proof”. On India’s part, I presume, it was deliberate. India did not want to share the evidence with Pakistan first, because she knows the Pakistani canned response from experience. History is witness that Pakistan always disowns its own litter — Pakistani nationals in disguise — in the beginning, only to accept it a few years later. On innumerable occasions, India has uncovered the Pakistani involvement in disguise, followed by an immediate denial from Pakistan; for example, the wars in Kashmir in 1948 and 1965, the years of Khalistan terrorism in the 1980s, the ongoing Kashmiri infiltration, the Indian Airlines plane hijacking incident at Kandahar in 1999, the war at Kargil in 1999, the Indian parliamentary attack in 2002, and the Kabul embassy bombings in 2008. This time around, India chose to first share the evidence with other major powers and build a consensus that will help call Pakistan’s bluff. Now, that the evidence implicates Pakistan, not surprisingly, it has announced that the evidence is “too insufficient to be made a ground for any action”.
The world can no longer afford to fall into the trap of providing proof to the Pakistan. Hundreds of acts and attempts of terror recorded in the world since 9/11 have had their roots in Pakistan. More than 40% of the prisoners in Guantanamo are Pakistanis or of Pakistani origins.
Pakistan has always risked being officially branded Terroristan. Now it is very likely.
I am a Muslim from India, and I have been quietly reading all your posts.
I am appalled by the defensive postures by some Muslim brothers here.
The carnage in Mumbai by Pakistani terrorists was a rude awakening to the civilised world.
I mourn the loss of innocent lives, and as a practising Muslim, I have often wondered what motivates my Muslim brothers to unleash such hate upon the innocent.
I have to regretfully conclude that the vast majority of Muslims are victims of misinterpretation of our holy text and we must blame our own elders and teachers for failing Islam.
Are these terrorists true Muslims, or are they foot soldiers in a political battle in Pakistan and around the Muslim world, where Islam is being used as a tool to achieve selfish goals?
We must look at how these terrorist organisations manage to spread their tentacles across different countries. Their recruits involve every section of society.
More than a decade ago, the west funded and trained Osama bin Laden and his organisation and hailed him as a mujahedeen when he was fighting against Soviet occupation of Afghanistan. The world stood as a mute spectator when the Taliban, with the unmistakable support from the Pakistani army, took control of Afghanistan after the withdrawal of Soviet forces.
In Pakistan, successive governments have taken the help of fundamentalist organisations to retain power, allowing them to spread their base.
Pakistan’s current deployment of troops towards the Indian border is intended as a warning, and although the Prime Minister of India has said that “Nobody wants war. War is not the issue, terrorism is”, India could understandably interpret Pakistan’s move as a provocation. Now that concrete proof has been given to the Pakistan government, not only by India, the Pakistani masterminds need to be quickly brought to justice. It is very much in Pakistan’s interest anyway to rein in the terrorist groups operating within its own borders. My brothers, you cannot play with fire and not get burned.
In the Middle East, dictators rule with the active support of the US government, the messiah of democracy around the world, a democracy that applies selectively in pursuit of narrow self-interest.
The time has come for all of us to recognise terrorism as the greatest danger mankind faces. We must not turn a blind eye to it, arguing that it is happening in someone else’s backyard.
All of us must get together to force our governments to act in the larger interests of the world.
And as Muslims especially, we must sincerely apologise for the mayhem that our own people have created and share in the mourning process, as in these barbaric incidents, we have also lost dear ones.
