Intuitional conflicts could be devastating and more so for Pakistan where democracy is being revived, judicial activism is needed in a state where many institutions are either corrupt or incapable to deliver. However, this activism should be done with caution and it should not turn into a “hot purist”

The article just as always turns out to be a great source for undoing the confusions prevailing amongst specially our young minds. The most important part to me are the last few lines of the write-up where the author it seems is trying to remind the Supreme Court of the options available at the same time conveying to the supreme court that in case it does decide to, the relevant institutions await its request . There are also rumors constantly going around regarding high flying technocrats lobbying for senior administrative positions during an interim setup . May the Almighty help towards the best decisions for this extremely under pressure nation !
