Terrorists are Terrorists
By Fatima Tassaduq • Mar 30th, 2009 • Category: Politics • 7 CommentsAs the Drone attacks, military operation and the armed activities of terrorists become a routine in the tribal region of Pakistan, there is a rising talk of having the same situation in the Balochistan province, where the land is fertile for such operation due to the already restive situation.
The recent suicide attack in the Jamrud is a grim reminder of what is happening in the FATA and what may happen in the Balochhistan and then in the rest of the country. It was a suicide attack on a mosque, in which more than 70 people died as the blast occurred and the two story mosque collapsed. Tribesmen areĀ peace loving and patriotic citizens. The people of tribal areas are the unpaid soldiers defending the geographical borders of the country and they want peace and prosperity in their areas.
But some handful of terrorists don’t want that.
A convoy of security forces, along with officials of the political administration, was on way to Rawal Kor, Bhai Kor, Qasimkhel and Dadukhel in Michni area of Yakaghund subdivision of Mohmand Agency to conduct a search operation against the terrorists, when the terrorists attacked the convoy. After the incident, security forces heavily shelled the suspected hideouts of the militants in Sapri, Sahib Cheena, Umar Banda, Kohi Banda and Mulla Ghani Baba with artillery and gunship helicopters.
Government should channel the anger and grief of tribesmen against the terrorists.

What the hell are u talking about??
Terrorists………who??where??how??
Arenot they “Freedom Fighters”??
How could you do this Fatima to your “favourite” Freedom Fighters???
You have SINNED and now will go to hell.
Oh my god (the most mercifull)…….bless her…….
These terrorist activities have been doubled and again emerging in our urban areas.it is again shaping towards more deadly form after the return of our ex ISI chief and present COAS from US.It clearly revealed that he was snubbed and threatened in Washington for serious consequences and terminating of military aide .Such serious disturbances are clearly revealing that our army is still unsuccessful to convince US counterpart even removing Musharf from scene that they are doing according to script in our northern side.
It is about time that we learn to trust what we have, we have developed a world class organization and neither they are playing against our national interests nor their counter parts in the US are so naive. You have thousands of misguided but well trained terrorists who are walking around among us, they are from us, they live in the same neighborhoods and go to the same mosques. Its time that we stop this blame game and become little more serious and vigillant we are under attack and on the verge of complete meltdown. In my view this is not a time for blame game, lets unite and identify and fight our enemies irrespective of their claiming to be our co-religionist. They are out to destroy Pakistan and Pakistani nation.
To whom we should trust?
The uniform men who designed and granted NRO to group of pillager.
The men who are placed on critical and important seats of Pakistan after accepting this NRO deals.
The men who are in police uniform ,themselves afraid of their personal security.
Our parliamentarian who are moving in millions rupees security plan mostly taken money from public funds.
Our PM and president who neither come out of their dens nor looking deeply the pains of common man but surely very consistent in typical condolence messages and announcing of token money for their next kins.
Now another question s are like that
who trained these young men in this large scale and where were govt agencies when it was being done under last military rule?
Who misguided these frustrated men.Could a FM radio preacher so powerful that strong regime of musharf could not tackle this situation in an early stage?
When you placed killers, destroyer or dangerous people on top level then how can we unite as nation.Nation was impressed by the daring attitude of Ch iftikhar and they backed him for throughout more than 2 years so it is not matter of nation’s unity it is the case of denying realities and imposing western policies on our people.
Then, take your pick. You have a choice, of sorts, take away the basic trust the populace usually is expected to have in a Government (any where in the civilized world!) and let rule of the ‘mobs’ come in, let total ‘anarchy’ take hold and let’s destroy eachother. Go ahread and give the ‘good news’ to, those, who-so-ever survives the mayhem will be more than - Welcome! to the ’stone age’!!!
Accepting the policy of stone hearted dictators as being done in Pakistan for many many years is leading the nation towards stone age .When people start thinking about state matters, develop courage to confront state on wrong polices.can differentiate between black and white then all are good omen that nation is rising its stature gracefully.Stronger always survives as this is law of nature over the weak and corrupt characters but principally stronger groups need time to channelize their energy, once it get momentum no human force can dare to stop this natural phenomena of human development.
FATIMA,
So you could think of something out of your box i.e., MQM
So terrorists are terrorists so you will ultimately accepts the fact this that Lal Mosque was occupied by terrorists.
Thank God!, it took you a while to realise this truth
