Petitions Against Gen. Musharaf’s Candidacy Returned

Supreme Court of Pakistan today returned all petitions (except one) filed by different petitioners agianst candidacy of Gen Musharaf t be an elected President.
Some lawyers did not persue the case due to many reasons. Anyway Congrats to New Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Abdul Hameed Dogar as job is almost accomplished.
