Swat Falling : Anybody At Home ???

People are complying, and the government is doing nothing. Private schools and the government schools disseminating girls education are being closed. Hundreds of these schools have already been blown up by the Taliban and very very few of them are now operating, which are all likely to be closed down come 15th of next month.
Swat has gone to the darkness. Fight is going on but its impacts are only on the population of the Swat and it seems that militants are more stronger than ever. They order, they proclaim, they decree, they rule.
Where is the government of Awami National Party, we don’t really know. Where is the political initiatives and where is the parliament to ask questions about the Swat operation, and why in the hell militants are dictating the people.
Where is the writ of the government?

Dr Sahib, Swatis wanted shariat and now they have got it. What is the problem?
@amir….Shariat does not mean closing all the girls school in Swat valley. Actually what is wrong here is that Non State Actors (militants) are challenging the writ of the Pakistani nation. The governments have in effect become virtual hostage to the dictates of militants.
What is needed is that the governments stop the un-islamic practice of grave worship which has long been institutionalised by the estblishment/government in Pakistan.

1>How did the militants became so STRONG in SWAT??in FATA?? etc…………….
2>What was the pak army doing when the militants were GAINING STRENGTH there??

Make NO MISTAKE…….its pak army who fed,nurtured,trained the TERRORISTS.

Uh huh..Talibans beg to differ…and since they are a potent force who is going to disagree? Even N League calls them “our people” and religious parties Jamaat-Islami and others strongly support their cause too. So it seems religion is on their side.
Pakistan army is deployed in swat for more than 15 months.No body is asking or political forces are daring to ask our COAS that what is going on there actually.In one side we are challenging India for all kinds of of wars but what illiterate talibans are doing to to our trained army there is clear to all.They are attacking political people, burning school buildings. destroying govt machinery and …….our army is sitting there as watch dogs?Why not its better to call UN peace forces that will surely create some geniune terror for talibans and Indians too.What else example we need of poor performance of our army management any more.
People of Swat complain that Army is not truely interstd in combating the militants as according to them there are the check posts of the militants on visible distance from those of te check post made by Army- This lead to a lot of confusion- People wonder why they do allow the existance of militants check posts if the army truely are there to combate the militants ?
