Any wrong gesture can be disastrous. No doubt court’s decision is commendable, no one is favor of corruption and there must be accountability of all the looters but confining this process only to PPP is biased and unjust. It is being percpeted that only NRO beneficiaries are corrupt is mere a stupidity, most of the NRO cases were politically motivated and baked in the factory of accountability cell, under most corrupt and dubious man, Saif-ur-Rehman. All the institutes, Generalists, Judges and God fathers of establishment should also be held accountable. Judiciary must extend this process. On the other hand Chief Justice should respect constitution and if constitution gives indemnity to president it must be granted. In the past many unconstitutional verdicts, badly damaged this country and we cannot afford any other turmoil. This is also reality PPP plays politics of federation and it is the majority party of Pakistan that is always mandated by the masses of Pakistan therefore any unconstitutional act can disintegrate Pakistan. Once can see the reaction of Sindh against rumors of President’s resign, so it is easy to foresee the repercussions of any unconstitutional act against constitutional president. The apex court last week declared the NRO void, sparking the worst political crisis since the Pakistan People’s Party came to power in last year’s general election. President Asif Ali Zardari [ Images ] and several close aides are among the over 8,000 people who benefited from the graft amnesty.

“The one clarification that I will make is that I committed this mistake on the strong advice of the political leadership at that time, who was now blatantly disowning connections with it.”

Article 89 of the Pakistan Constitution allows a sitting President to Pardon people. This corrupt judge does not Null the Military take over of a democratic Govt but he will punish the Sitting Democratic govt. National Reconciliation means forget the past and move on with a clear conscience but we must look back and open the cases which has only Political Merit but will not bring back the money or any thing but to waste the time and money again on close cases and let the Black coat wearing LLB's make money and inturn the judges from Supreme to lower court get their share.
