Your reference to my name & its understanding with whatever connotations you had in mind is, really & honestly, of neither any interest or consequent nor relevance with what we are talking here.

I am not concerned about the outcome for I suspect the very legality of this legal thriller here. No, I am not dejected, not at all, for after all we have seen it all and survived, didn't we?

The 'freshly' backed "innocent" has been let loose to play havoc for 3rd inning. I grew up believing that 'momins' don't get bitten twice from the same hole - here we are in for the third time - what momins and what a big & 'dirty hole'!

Pirujee, you should screaming - WOW! WOW! WOW!!!! (real loud!) - thinking people are disgusted with "Honorable" (big) Chief Justice's decision to disregard any decorum for justice - it is an old priciple in law - justice must not be done, but, it must also be seen as justice being done - legal ethics as well as practice expects & has seen truly pricpled & impartial judges to recluse themselves from sitting on a bench when even the slightest traces of association / interest can be even suspected. What you have here. A bench of 14 judges all with visible 'interest' in the case well defined 'parties' in the case - as one & all are perceived and claim to have been victims of the Ex President - talk of a 'fair trial' talk of 'justice' and 'talk of impartiality of court' - jubilation? - no go and mourn - justice is being murdered here in broad day light!

Wow, all this sounds to good to be true, Country like ours finally taking steps in the right direction.
Still lot of rubbish hasn't been covered by the author, What about the out come of NRO? Shouldn't it be referred or revisited by the parliament? Who are the people who benefited by this NRO? and when our Honorable Chief Justice is convinced that Judiciary has failed Democracy, Quote "Had the judiciary stood firm in those cases the Nov 3, 2007 mishap would not have happened,” (the chief justice remarked while heading a 14-member larger bench of the Supreme Court hearing a petition filed by the Sindh High Court Bar Association (SHCBA)-21st July 2009), What action should be taken against now retired brother Judges!

So there is no jubilation in summoning an Ex President, instead the matter has multiple dimensions for our beloved country that could bring an end to lawlessness, Extra constitutional measures and excuses like doctrine of necessity.

Long Live Pakistan!
