Son of Musharraf Sold Dr. Aafia to FBI?
By Dr. Hassan Isfahani • Aug 10th, 2008 • Category: Politics • 27 CommentsBarrister Iqbal Jafferi, who is 70 years old and suffers from prostate cancer, has filed a petition in Islamabad High Court on August 8, in which he has accused President Pervez Musharraf’s son, Bilal Musharraf, of taking the bounty money that the FBI had announced for the head of Dr Aafia Siddiqui.
It’s true that some Pakistanis received bounty money for handing over the wanted men and women to the FBI and CIA, and General (r) Pervez Musharraf also mentioned that in his not-so-celebrated book “In the Line of Fire”, but it is yet to be established that his son Bilal Musharraf is one of those Pakistanis.
Dr. Aafia’s plight is very terrible, and from the latest images of her coming out in the media, it is pretty much clear as how much torture she has received, and FBI authorities say that her children are safe, but given the health and condition of Dr. Aafia Siddiqui, it is very highly unlikely that her children would be in great shape.
Regardless of the flimsy charges and haphazard proofs against Dr. Aafia Siddiqui, which law of earth permits FBI to keep her children under arrest for all these years? If Bilal Musharraf has committed that horrendous crime of handing over Dr. Aafia’s children for some dollars, then he should also be tried along with his father in the Pakistani court, and he must tell the court as according to which law he received the bounty and why? If he hasn’t done anything like that, then such mud must not be slung over him, just because his father has screwed and sold the nation for all these years.

This is a criminal act of accusing person who was never at the site, sight and scene of the crime or event.
It is a fraudulent based bias attitude that has been put up as plea, to relief in lieu of, deliberate non existing allegation.
Such theme is called personnel vendetta.
The act and allegation has no logical justification and is a malafide, malicious, offensive rivalry based motive so to malice and defame a n innocent by making him a controversy because of the illegitimate acts of his father.
In my opinion, bilal musharraf as long as he is Pakistani and Muslim is under the restricted and defined domain of Islamic ideology based principle which secure the individual and by no means allow the act of father to be brunt in lieu, as , being punishable to the son.
Dr. Isfahani is a deaf, blind and disabled person, he could not use his brain to think anyting. I pity on him and on others like him who are masters in making false stories.
They should join bollywood as a third class script writers for the third rated movies. These story makers has booked a place in the the HELL in advance.

this news report at all i dont believe it .Bilal is perhaps co partner
of a company in US and already earning alot he is actuary ,though i

band) cuz SALMAN ahmed said against pervaiz mush.and now its quite
sense full that a son will support father ,its not something big enough
to charge him with such indecent acts.

Amber Ghaffar, look it is not a matter of who paid what to who for what services. Listen, if I decide to commit any crime motivated by whatever (my political inclinations, my faith, or instruction of my spritual leader/s) reason I am a criminal and must be prepared to face the wrath of public outrage and legal consequences. The moment I commit a crime, you as a law abiding citizen can only try to help me through the legal means (best lawyers etc.) to provide a remedy, if you do that then you are a friend as an individual and you are serving the community at large. But, if you decide to scandalize my issue in the of racism, descrimination, bigotary, then you become part of a conspiracy (obstruction of justice). And you have not rendered any service to anyone; your efforts to mix religion and ethnicity does more harm than good. It makes the loyalities, integrity and credibility of the whole community questionable. I do feel sorry for such people who let others take advantage of them in the name of religion and cause. To my understanding, my religion expects me to be fair and just even to those who I consider my enemy.
What you said about President Pervaiz Musharraf’s family somehow reinforces my trust. I sincerely consider them decent people, you know ‘Khandani’ folks. Political errors might have been made and even there Musharraf has showed character and has done no finger pointing in any direction. If he was half as bad as some of his haters wish to portray him then we all know what he could do to all such elements including all those cowards politicians. I mean we have a long trail of all those extra judicial killings, the police encounters, and killings while in police “custody” (some custody!) and what not, during PPP first inning and PML-Nawaz second and the period in between. Now, with such ‘marvelous’ history / precedent, tell me could this all take place during Musharraf on his wish. But it did not. That is his character, he is not a murderer and thank God even his worst enemies have not blamed him for looting the public money or any financial scandals. Musharraf is son of a fine, upright man and his son is like his father - a straight and courageous man.
Pakistanis must introspect on the state of their nation and society rather than endlessly being paranoid and blaming everyone else.

It is a propagnda game initated by certain quarters to not only further tranish Musharraf’s image but also to send him a message that well “if you dont resign we are willing to go to any extent to grab you”
Another preception that can be taken of these ridicuolous ( I believe so ) allegations can be that not having quite a case against the President they have resorted to mudslinging. I qould take it as a highly idealistic approach
As far as the issue of selling off is concerned my gathering is that taking bounty money by any one let alone Bilal Musharraf is not a case of selling some human being for Bounty money is offerred only on people wanted for questioning who dont surrender themselves for the said purpose.
Also let me add to it that Dr Aafia was never put on the list for which awards were offerred by Govt of United States.
In the end just to clarify something mentioned above “money given ie bounty for handing terror suspects to USA was never credited to any specific person or a group. It was put in the National Exchequier after some having been distrubted among the “informants” and the raiding forces”, this thing is a fact to my knowledge.

Yes, I do consider President Pervaiz Musharraf much much better person than all of these crooks around playing politics with our destiny.
