SMS Contributed the Downfall of Q-League

By Farid Masood • Feb 20th, 2008 • Category: Pakistan Vote'08, Politics • 3 Comments

There were many claims from PML-Q that we will win the elections based on our performance of development works and some others efforts to mis-guide the masses.

On the other end people were much depressed due to price hikes and hoarding issue and wanted to get rid of looters. I am not saying it because they are gone now, but these are the facts that people knew.

Many a things contributed in the down fall of Musharaf League e.g. Lal Masjid Issue, army actions in Wana, Waziristan & Balouchistan. Murder of Akbar Bugti, Sugar scam, Flour shortage etc.

A little thing, which affect cannot be neglected was those Short Messages (SMS) on cell phones (which cannot be written here) also contributed the down fall of Q-League.
