People of Baluch like Baccha Khan, whom you have mentioned in your post was always against separation or partition of India, he was one of the many Muslim people who was against this.

Is that the reason you have named him as traitor of Pakistan, or is the fact that Pakistan is not doing much to develop this area for better life of people over there?
