SC disqualified PM Gilani, who would be new PM???

SC disqualifies PM Yousuf Raza Gilani for throwing the country into chaos. PPP accepted the Supreme Court decision,
Petitions filed by the Tehreek-e-insaaf, PML-N and others against the NA speaker’s ruling heard by Bench comprising of three members, headed by CJ. Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry, Justice Jawad S Khawaja and Justice KhiljiArifHussain.
Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry, said while reading the order.“Yousaf Raza Gilani is disqualified from membership of parliament from April 26, the date of his conviction. He has also ceased to be the prime minister of Pakistan,”
According to the SC Verdict PM Gilani will not be the Member of Parliament and he cannot hold any position in the party.
Regarding this Former Election Commission secretary said that following SC verdict Gilani has been disqualified for five years. And he further added that “The Election Commission shall issue a notice of disqualification and the president is required to take necessary steps to ensure continuation of democratic process,”
During today’s proceedings, the Chief Justice remarked that this conviction by PM Gilani could have been suspended if it was challenged.
After all this now issues arose regarding the new PM, MakhdoomShahabuddin and Chaudhry AhmedMukhtar are in consideration to replace the Gilani.
While talking to media Punjab CM Shahbaz Sharif said that‘No candidate from PML-N for PM post’
CJ.Iftikhar Muhammad chaudry further added that “The Election Commission shall issue a notice of disqualification and the president is required to take necessary steps to ensure continuation of democratic process,”
Post for new PM in this entire scenario will be discussed during the parliamentary meeting of PPP held tonight. And then final decision will be come in front of the masses.
