Sania Mirza beat Bojana Jovanovski of Serbia in the final of the 13th Al Habtoor Tennis Challenge in Dubai. She won 4-6, 6-3, 6-0.
Sania Mirza lost the first set but showed courage to come back into the game and win it.
Sania Mirza’s form has seen a slump after a wrist injury since the last three years. Her marriage also caused her to lose focus and concentration from tennis.
However, this is a great victory.
“After having a not so good start to the year, I am happy to be finishing on a high,” Mirza said. “This has been a dream end for my season. I will stay back in Dubai for another two days and then proceed to India for a few days before leaving for Auckland.”
“I had my chances in the second set and could have been up 2-0, but then she suddenly started playing so well,” Jovanovski said. “She was amazing in the third set. I had no answer to anything that she sent across.”

I am very grateful to The Pakistani Spectator and Ghazala Khan for allowing me to write on TPS. There is a lot of awareness and information on politics and social issues but very little on magic. Magic is a reality and is destroying people's lives. It is a duty to help and educate people on this subject. God bless you all.
