Salman Taseer; A Loyal Worker of President Zardari

Those who consider Pakistan People’s Party anything separate from the Asif Ali Zardari live in fools’ paradise. Asif Ali Zardari is the guardian of this party of martyrs. Zardari could have lived abroad and look after his business, but he prefered to come back to Pakistan to service the poor and needy people in the face of daunting establishment, hostile judiciary and unwelcoming media, and not to mention the ever-simmering right wing parties.

During Zardari’s struggle for democracy and uplifting of the poor, there are few companions who must be praised and garlanded. Salman Taseer, the celebrated governor of Punjab is one of them. In the face of heavy-duty smearing campaign, this mard-e-maidan has never blinked an eye. He has always looked straight into the eye of the storm and has always stood steadfast shoulder to shoulder with his party’s chairman. He is the man of action and not some blabbing idiot.

Governor Taseer has not only revived the Pakistan People Party in the Punjab, he has also exposed the rivals like Rana Sanaullah, whose links with the banned outfits and whose illegal plazas are known by everyone. Taseer has also shown to media that this same Rana Sanaullah has been saying very abusive things about Sharif family in early nineties, when Rana was in the PPP.

Taseer can lead the party to the climax if given the chance, and PPP leaders in the center must come forward and end the coalition with PML-N in Punjab and start efforts to make Taseer as the next chief minister of the Punjab.

    This article is full of dog poop…….I guess you have started receiving your monthly pay cheque either from the Presidency or Punjab’s Governor House. It made me sick to my stomach, because I don’t expect such a stupid article from a person like you.

    What crazy stuff to write! Could it get worse than this. @ ammir. I agree with what you lolz. I can only laugh on this. According to Individual Land (http://www.individualland.com/) in Lahore on the Feb. 20, Pakistan has become the 6th largest recipient of Official Development Assistance (ODA) receiving US $ 2.2 billion. So who is to be held responsible to make sure this amount is being invested in the interest of the citizens???
