Tomorrow, Attoney General of Pakistan Mr Latif Khosa (who was himself participant of long march called by late Benazir Bhutto for Justice Iftikhar re-instatement as CJP) will file an application for the detailed judgement on Sharifs’ dis-qualification case. After this judgement, AG Mr Latif Khosa shall file a petition to review the decision.

The case shall again be marked to the same bench who initially gave its verdict to dis-qualify both brothers to hold a public office in politics. If the same bench reviews the re-petition and give a stay order to the old verdict then what would be the credibility of older decision.

General public is of the view that Miaz Nawaz’s dis-qualification was as per the international script but decision in Shahbaz case was a political revenge.

In such a case the bench should resign and let the others to decide it on merit.
