Rehman Malik Angry With Mobile SMS

By Sharafat • Apr 13th, 2009 • Category: Politics • 5 Comments

One of the most utilized tool against General Pervez Musharraf, his cronies and even Asif Ali Zardari is the text messaging through the mobile phones. Jokes, taunts, insults and even cartoons of Asif Ali Zardari, Yousuf Raza Gilani and Rehman Malik are the most popular ones.

The volume of SMS through all the mobile networks regarding Rehman Malik and Zardari is immense and that must be choking the piplines of operators. Though that is good for business, that is not so good for the advisor to the interior, Mr. Rehman Malik who never speaks out of turn from the presidency, so it can be safely said that our President is not that muc impressed by this new technology.

Our former Prime Minister Shaukat Aziz (Remember Him?) often boasted that during his golden era, everyone managed to get a mobile phone. Though the same technology was then used to send millions upon millions of message aimed at him and his master’s Wardi. May be it was Musharraf’s yet another idea to take revenge from the upcoming governments?

  1. Rehman malik is right in his judgment but not in this context. All his ill plans like hurdles heavly created by him on long march was cleared by this sms service.First time I realized the power of sms as I had faced lot of problems in entering islamabad but these were sms that were guiding us toward right direction.
recently in mawaan police attacks a movie was made on mobile that at the time of attack three people were fleeing from back side of manwaan and no one was stopping them. This movie was sms to many groups and now under probe by new investigation team in Punjab.

  2. Thanks to Musharraf for bringing this POWER to Pakistan!

  3. it’s saddening to see how incredibly unsupportive and derogatory the Pakistani nation is as a whole. we all believe in stories of how people turn about, become new leaves, shed old skins. yet, we are hypocritical as ever when it comes to application. for each and everythign that has happened we’ve conveniently blamed zardari, rehman, haqqani… ever thought of truly stepping in their shoes and realizing that only have you got a monster inside your home, but a dragon breathing down your neck on the border and a family that refuses to give you a chance? secondly, isn’t it high time we grew up and out of fighting within ourselves, deriding ourselves and saw that we need to stand together for our country, our identity?

Pakistani nation is very supportive as whole when someone is trying to help them.they supported musarf coup with such dreams that he would helped them of getting out this mess created by our corrupt politicians. Then they supported again to aniti musharf forces to throw out this white elephant who had become burdened on us and US too.In latest event you had seen our support to chief justice movement where majority had come out against all threats created by our democratic govt.
You are put in the group of AOM like people who never bother to read the theme of captioned topic but always follow your own tune.Try to avoid your preaching attitude as all who come to this forum are well aware of dangers around us.
