Very good product with very poor after sales services. I discontinued PTCL broadband just because my land line was out of order (this has high probability after each rain) and their workers were on strike. Also if you want to make a complain then the average wait time is 15 minutes on each call which is very irritating.

My suggestion to improve after sales service, act quickly on complaints like maximum couple of hours after the complaint is filed.

One thing i want to ask that in ptcl smart tv can we add more channels in it
or The members of PTCL smart tv can add few channel for the specific persons
can it is possible
