Just install DSL devise Friday 25 Feb. 2011 but not working, complain 1218, 1236, 0800 8 0800, 1217, etc. Complain # 153 25 Feb. 2011 again and again call DEO 35841191 still working.

No DSL working …………. Billing activate !!!!!
No Phone Line working ……………. !!!!!!!!!!!

ptcl is hell…it is the bottom of the deepest barrel. I have had the misforutne of ordering a smart tv connection, after 25 days a lame looking ptcl good for nothing excuse for a man appeared he tried to install the connection, could’nt, then he left in a hurry saying your smart tv will be operational in 2 hours. It has been more than 2 weeks despite my repeated complaints both at the local exchange and 1218 nothing happened.
I wish ptcl would just go to hell

This is my first month with PTCL 2Mb broadband service…It’s totally corrupt service…I am planning to
terminate it as its downlloading speed is 0.51Mb which should be included in the Guiness Book Of World Records for the worst ever speed on 2Mb connection….Extremely Poor ISP..

You are right , PTCl broadband sucks like hell
I am definitely crying and cursing PTCL
I opted for the 2 Mb package and at night it will take a hell lot of time to load a simple 2 minutes video on youtube , it’s not just today , it happens every bloody day and when it comes down to customer service OH MY GOD !!!!!
I have been complaining about my speed problem since the 18th of june and today is 23rd of November , no one ever bothered to fix it .
You know what , now i have started shouting on the CSR’s when i call on 1218 .
You are lucky if they put you on hold for half an hour or so
In my case , i have to hold on for 2 -3 hours .
I request you all to please log on to pingtest.net and check out the Quality of PTCL’s broadband

i thnk tht ptcl is superbbbbbb….my father is director of ptcl and i knw tht ptcl is the best..the people who insulted ptcl are all jealous…
