President Zardari to Create Amnesia for Success
By Sameer Shaharyar • Nov 10th, 2008 • Category: Politics • 5 CommentsPresident of Pakistan Asif Ali Zardari has filled in the shoes of former General (r) Pervez Musharraf with new commitments and new pledges to the Pentagon, and this time he has got tough mandate from the masters. He not only has to follow the Musharrafian policies, he has also to give more leverage and liberty to the NATO forces within the Pakistani territory, while keeping the rage against America quashed by entangling people in the labyrinths of flour, water, jobs and power.
For all that to happen, Zardari would have to play a very wily game, a game only he could play because for that one has to shed all principles and one has to set aside all the aspirations of the people and for that to be done, one has to sacrifice all the sovereign esteem and national identity, if anything like that exists in the country. Pakistani economy cannot really survive let alone take off without the US largesses and US has linked those greenback crutches with the performance and expedience in the FATA area by the Pakistani authorities.
As the era of President Zardari would proceed, people would start wondering as what is the difference between the Musharraf outfit and the Zardari administration. Then they would steadily understand that the only difference is that Zardari is more aggressive, tied up and forces to implement the American agenda than his predecessors. That would be the downfall of Zardari, because politicians don’t get that much chances and safe passages as the military dictators.
So in order to get himself protected from that dreadful ending, Zardari has to hoodwink the Pakistani nation. He has to create such an environ, where people not only forget about his past, but also sullenly become oblivious to the atrocities and the hardship going on in the FATA, Swat and Balochistan area. Zardari would have to magnify even the smaller events happened in the Musharraf era to mask his own carnage decisions. PPP has fooled the people successfully by using the same tactics in regard of power crisis.
If president Zardari wants to enjoy the blind power without any interruption, he would have to use the tool of distraction. He has already deflated the lawyers-cum-judges movement, and he has already increased the tariffs without any major uprising in the masses, and now he just have to create recurrent storms of short-run crisis to keep the people engaged and that way he could rule for some time, before he sets off some cooler place to enjoy the NRO. We, Pakistanis are sheep and anybody could herd us in any direction. We don’t even bleat.

As per parliamentarian democratic way of government of Pakistan, Prime Minister is suppose to be the executive in power, where as President takes a Ceremonial position representing the Federation of Country only.
This nation only knows how an Authoritarian or a dictator as their sole supreme power may rules them. So after the election of Asif Ali Zardari as a new President this nation is rightly or wrongly; pinning lots of hope to a person who is suppose to be a neutral body, void of any powers or having a say in the policy making of the country. Although presently 17th Amendment of the constitution and the section 58(2)B as a gift from Ex-President Pervez Musharraf are still in tact which makes the President a supreme executive in Pakistan and any President with these powers may very conveniently enjoy singing ‘You are the Wind beneath My wings’, but what happens (as being widely debated) when the wind of these two items is taken away from under his wings.
In view of the pinning of our hopes and wheeling dealing being exercised with USA with one single person; Asif Ali Zardari; it looks like that title of the existing powers may change but supreme commander will remain; President Asif Ali Zardari.
We may experience some ‘phoon phaan’ being aired from Muslim League Nawaz camps but history tells us that we do listen to lot of rhetoric raising the flow of adrenalin down the blood vessels and spine from them but Punjab is only good in submitting to the will of their supreme commander. They are the excellent King Makers.
When a drunk man is selected on high post such incidents would be normal. This is normal life styles of intoxicated men that they totally forgets what they say in the morning or last days. There is no doubt left about zardari that he was secured by army mafia and then brought back in such a high position on fulfilling the agenda of necessities of doctrine. He was openly abusing all norms of democracy after occupying high seat in govt and grabbing the top seat of a biggest political party. Our army establishment is laughing on us as we have become trapped in witch hunt plan made by ruling mafia. The demand of democracy has now become curse for us because we actually rejected the policies of our paid COAS when he fired a serving CJP by demolishing all laws of country.
Ab bada Musharraf yad aa raha tum logon ko, ab tou Imran Khan hypocrite bhee Musharraf ko aad kar raha hey.
Fikr na karo, aaega Musharraf aaega, phir se Musharraf aaega, phir se Pakistan ko bulandio per ley jaega, Zardari aur nawaz ka bhatta bhatiaga, iftikhar aur aitazaz ko ander kar waiga, Shaukat Aziz ko bhee wapas laega
Choorain say Mulk bachana haai, Sub Mujrim Jail main jain Gai
Pervez Musharaf Aingai Pervez Musharaf Aingai
Ab bada Musharraf yad aa raha tum logon ko, ab tou Imran Khan hypocrite bhee Musharraf ko aad kar raha hey. AB TOU ANCHOR PERSONS BHEE MUSHARRAF KA DAUR YAD KAR RAHEN HEIN
