President is the World’s Top Fifth Loser
By Natasha Suleman • Mar 23rd, 2009 • Category: Politics • 5 CommentsBB believed that her death would prove to be a catalyst for change in Pakistan. Indeed her death brought a lot of changes in the country and especially her own party. It changed her great party to one run (or should I say RULED) by a certified loser.
Yet another gift by Mr.President for his beloved nation - The honourable Mr.Zardari has been bestowed with the title of being the World’s fifth biggest loser.Out of a list of thirteen biggest losers of the world, our dear President has been ranked fifth by the Foreign Policy Magazine.
What more could we ask for?Congratulations Pakistan!
People like me are bashed by the online jiyalas of the People’s Party for criticising a ‘democratically elected President’ as if being elected democratically makes him a flawless leader who must never be criticized. This is how their dear Co-Chairman has returned the nation’s favour of bringing his wife’s party to power.
A special Congratulations to such blind Jiyalas!

Sorry to rain your parade but do you really take FP magazine that seriously ? Is it the book of God or what ? If you really believe in FP magazine’s article and base your judgments on such articles then I assume you believe on this article of FP magazine too ?

Excepts: Imagine, if you will, a world without Islam—admittedly an almost inconceivable state of affairs given its charged centrality in our daily news headlines. Islam seems to lie behind a broad range of international disorders: suicide attacks, car bombings, military occupations, resistance struggles, riots, fatwas, jihads, guerrilla warfare, threatening videos, and 9/11 itself. Why are these things taking place? “Islam” seems to offer an instant and uncomplicated analytical touchstone, enabling us to make sense of today’s convulsive world. Indeed, for some neoconservatives, “Islamofascism” is now our sworn foe in a looming “World War III.”
As for topic. I would humbly request you not to target Zardari just like that. There is no use of bringing internet material here to prove yourself right. We can have every kind of crap on internet and in these magazines. Right now the nation needs stability and our PM with the consultation of President has started to take right steps. They should be encouraged rather than being nitpicked.
Thank you.

“A World Without Islam”
i think you misinterpreted the theme. . .
If te nits are there, they might have to be picked! The nit pickers are going to pick the nits and it is good so; but right now I guess issues are more severe than just the nits. Either they, these Zardaris and Sharifs with their parties, all unite and get down to the taking care of the affairs of the State of Pakistan or get out and let some one else do the job. It seems time is running out and its running fast.
Tanzeel, all those ‘wonderful’ things that you mentioned above dose seem to trail back to us indirectly or directly and sadly no amount of denying would help. We seem to be convinced that it is our duty to force upon everyone else and his dog what we perceive right. And we wish to do it by any means.
