Presidency Corridors are Trembling
By Farid Masood • Jul 2nd, 2009 • Category: Politics • 14 CommentsPresidency corridors have started trembling like Army Houses’ were before August 2008. I had mentioned on March 15 right before re-instatement of Justice Iftikhar Chaudhry that Mr Rehman Malik may not be able to stop long march with container wall around presidency & if marchers are able to reach there that would be final round for Zardari’s regime.
With the intervention of COAS General Kiyani this happening had been postponed. Who had a little political vision can estimate that post March 16th era would be even more tough for Zardari & Company. Based on the evidences, a prediction of six months or more is much precise that this setup may not persist. Almost half the time has passed and signs of tremors are becoming a bit evident.
One may easily estimate the life of current system may not prolong till 2010. I am not talking about mid-term elections but a change within the existing system may occur. Time from September to December is tough for PPP. Decisions and their reversals are on the scene, a poor so-called tax free budget has been on air recently. Political failure in Swat and Waziristan is another proof. Shouts of more than four provinces and more than one provinces in Punjab could easily be heard. These all are signs of political failure of current system.
Nawaz with the support of ANP, PML(Q) unification block may become in power in NWFP and Punjab, Aslam Raisaani group may support from Balouchistan and the government of Sindh may remain as its.
Lets see how PPP survives through it, the signs of survivals are scarce. Let the time decide.

GOOD OBSERVATION
just hope—it does happen sooner than later
It’s not the time for divisions but for unification.
It would certainly be the most sensational news when Zardari government is seen toppled but we should bear in mind that Pakistan is at war against the evil forces.
This war is not against its enemies from out side. It is against our enemies who are sitting among us. They are evil, our internal enemies our own kith and kin found working against this land.
Is this nation, a nation of hypocrites, abetters and traitors that we love to work against the interests of our nation and join hands with enemy in conspiracies?
Hypocrite and traitors and people who are disloyal to their home land; this is destined for them that God Almighty takes away the land from them. Are we ready for that?
Any how credit goes to this government that they have been able to have shifted the general public opinion found turned to far right back to centre right. People previously found sympathising Taliban is now turned against them.
Pak Army is fighting war of our survival and eradicating the evil from our diseased society. All praise to Allah that Pakistan has at least one institution that cares for the sovereignty of this land. Their sacrifices may not go in vain.
As long as this land can produce its sons and daughters who take pride in laying their lives to keep afresh the lines of its borders with sprinkling of their sacred blood that nation——-always lives.
Shaheed ki jo mout hey; Qoum ki Hayaat hey
Dear,
There is hardly any substance in such ridiculous predictions. One of well-known political pundit who holds an honorary degree in ‘Prediction Sciences’ keeps asserting such derisory predictions with the intention to find space in media. The current assertion also seems to be the continuation of the same naïve quest. We, the Pakistanis, are now used to such statements. Whenever any democratic government is sworn in, the very next day we start coming across such baseless assertions. The only obvious reason is that we are yet to believe in the essence of democracy, its values and the democratic course. We (a section among us) believe that through rumours they can bring change that would suit their whims and would best serve their vested interests. BUT unfortunately they still live in a fool’s paradise. Please don’t waste your energies and torture the entire readership through such flying assumptions.
Regards
Worthless and rather wishful thinking on part of the writer. Appears to be an attempt to undermine our nascent democracy. President Zardari is a democratically elected Pakistani Head of State! If the write harbours any grudges against the democratic government, he should better wait for the next general election due to take place in 2013 and vote for his favourite party. As for now, the people of Pakistan have given a clear mandate to PPP and its allies to govern for 5 years.
Presidency corridors are not trembling rather president Zardari has unified the scattered Nation ; zardari’s party, the PPP has its own governments in sind and baluchistan and coalition governments in NWFP and punjab ; PPP is fighting anti terrorism war with the suppoort of whole Nation and armed forces and with support of international community ; Mr zardari has started political reconciliation process in pakistan ; Parliament is being superimposd in every decision ; PM gillani enjoys his powers ; USA completely backing pakistan ; Friends of pakistan finding the ways to help pakistan ; taliban are at run ;free and independent media is at their peak ; My dear brtother, PPP and its popular leadership is always born for sacrifies and to face challenges and to play role of saviors ;
It seems am reading some Horoscope or Tarrot Reder Pages…
@Farid Masood
This type of MADDARI PAN is not saleable…
CJ deposed by COAS…
Reinstated by another COAS…
Just ludicrous to be proud of such stuff…
If it is true that
PPP Cabinet has a lot of funny things in their lines
PML(n) has many apologists of TALIBAN..the Monsters in their lines….Never be tolerated such Hawks as the whole Nation is against these Monsters…81% of Peoples consider them a threat(Report)
Predicting Such happenings are nothing more than day dreaming
Army, Presidency and the former resident of Army House are fully in Consensus over the happenings all around….
“Pakistan Army Chief General Ashfaq Kayani visited Russia from June 21-23, 2009.The visit of the Pak Army Chief follows within a week of the meetings of Russian President Medvedev and Pakistani President Zardari during the Shanghai Cooperation Organization meeting. Notably, Pakistan’s former President and Pak Army Chief, General Musharraf had visited Russia on a ‘private visit’ a week earlier.”
Mr. Fareed, you seem to excel in rumour mongering. You say presidency is trembling, not the Government, and provincial Governments would continue as they are. What rubbish.!!!?? This Shows your biased approach. Moreover you haven’t given any signs of trembling.
This is the only Government, where everybody is in Government. Everybody is getting his due. There are successes on every front. So there is no need to tremble. So next time think before you write anything, that is your right.
ANP will support PML(n)…gr8 Joke in the funniest Article…
ANP has the Name Changing Issue on top of the List…And PML(n) Hawks like Damaad Jee Capt. Safdar has serious reservations….. And Aslam Raisani will support PML(n)…Haaaaaah
Cracking Jokes……
Pak Spectator has any Merits for publishing such stuffs….?????????????
Naive Writers, Let the democracy run it course.Let politician(good or bad) decide what needs to happen(if any) to motherland or we will be back to Zero.
