The history should be counting this sort of NRO as the stepping stone in the life of people--that after this the days dawned were different. But have we got all that? The answer may be Big Nay. Having pardoned some 7000 + of them all; they were allowed to contest the elections and to go by their normal life. Most of them are now in power and holding various ministries’ and other high positions. If the present government or the courts consciously think that above decree of NRO was not in order then they should defunct the NRO-- once for all and set a ‘National Swift Functioning Tribunal’ to consider all such cases. It will be required that all these personal are removed from their posts------- what ever it may be and send them off duty till such time that Tribunal is not satisfied. People found culprits be sent out to be dealtwith by courts as per national laws and others be set free and be allowed to resume their duties.
