Police Service in Trouble

Rankers are those officers who are promoted from Ranks by virtue of their hard work, excellent ACRs and sometimes qualifying some kind of Departmental Exams. This cadre is normally treated as eunichs as their colleagues from ranks think that he is an officer now and direct officers(CSS cadre) thinks he is a Ranker. He neither an officer nor a subordinate and life becomes a joke for him till he retires. He is seldom called into any decision making meeting or any other important function. Some of the rankers are normally more qualified and knowledgeable than CSS direct officers and thats another reason of a permanent hate for them.
DSP, Babar Imran Jamil is a Ranker too who by all counts looks an abnormal person by his conduct but the path he has taken is not only difficult but also rare as no one has so far challenged the authority and conduct of the CSS officers and especially those from PSP. Who has launched Babar Jamil is still a mystery as it can’t be a call of conscious or effort of a person completely pushed to the wall. Media has a story and I have seen people like Najam Sethi really enjoying his talk but he is appearing in talk shows in uniform which is probably a misconduct as he is not on duty. I am sure he will be ultimately dismissed once again for his outbursts on media but do you see any game plan behind it?
Someone wants to defame CM Punjab through DSP? Governor Salman Taseer, President Zaradari? who is backing all this because none of three has the courage to quash CSS class and take on the bureaucracy then how come this DSP is challenging every PSP senior in the court and is daring to cross question them? Dunya News is owned by Mr.Aamir Mehmood, Ex Nazim Lahore and he has some scroes to settle, Najam Sethi is friend of Governor Salman Taseer and also known sympathizer of PPPP so whats the nexus? DSP claims that he got study leave to get a degree in a subject which is hardly known to some of the PSP officers. So is it a revenge from DSP for being more knowledgeable or he has been launched by someone to defame someone or is it a practice to divert the attention of the masses by creating an issue in the media?

O, mostly those offficers have good ACRs who know how to butter the butt of the senior.

I bet and I challenge that the Police department is the most corrupt department in Pakistan.
I sincerely thank Kashif for telling me that my question has been answered in another article but my questions are totally in a different perspective and are not answered at all. Thanks anyways for your comments. This is a different kind of war and now Mr.Babar has been arrested by the Police on some flimsy charges. Please pray for his safety now as he can be part of any police muqabala.
